Nothing about filling out FAFSA, which is what I thought it would be. Too many people allowed to ask distracting Q & A during presentation. Save questions until the end.

Customer service/response time
Follow up to my question regarding how to certify a loan for a prior term was timely and instructions were clear. And then another email from MEFA came after the updates had been made at your end. Customer service is great - thank you.

THOROUGH AND HELPFUL
I felt the presenter covered all the bases that are of concern to me and the Q&A was also helpful. I will be applying for MEFA loan to help pay the portion of tuition left after FA.
