They took my money after I won. They close your account and ignore you. This is a scam. Gambling is illegal in Colorado but I was able to. It’s not sweepstakes. It’s a full online gambling platform that is being sued. They’re not Americans.

So im still waiting for them to put back that $400.00 that a game took out on a $4.00 spin. They told me it would be 48 hours and still nothing. Great variety of games and the redemption turn around time is outstanding- usually within 24 hours. Customer Service is very helpful. I would say that winning the jackpots are few and far between but that is gambling and seems to be normal across the board.

The only reason I’ve given them a 2 star rating if because I have previously won on there sight . The problem I’m having here is the fact that I had multiple winnings from the end of may to the beginning of June , totaling close to 500 dollars . When I saw that the deposits were turning green bug not being received I contacted mega bonanza to fix this issue . In gen beginning they did even bother to respond until there was a complaint filed on trust pilot . Since then they reached back out and asked me for eveidence that I didn’t re ive my winnings . I shared screen shots and also my conversations with support . They came back and asked me to send them my bank statements which I also have them . They came back and told me that h to meh re ones my statements bug wanted me to send them to a better secured link they had provided . The link would not let me Upload anything and when I reached back out to mega bananza , they had already closed my service ticket out with no resolve . I’m highly upset because I took the time to produce my eveidence of them still owing me my winnings and in the end they offered no type of compensation for this issue and I’m still not able to collect with them . I have been on there sight now for almost 7 months and for this to happen Is tasteless at best . Until they fix this issue I will not. Change my review of this platform . I’m deeply disappointed in there actions to me as a consumer . I’m having trouble withdrawing my winnings because I use two different cards to play on the app. When I used the other card to pay for coins, it didn't matter. Now that I want to withdraw my money, they are demanding the order number for that other card. I have to ask: why didn't they ever require that when I was paying for the coins? Why are they being so strict now when it comes to the payout? I play almost every day; there were no issues while I was paying, so why are there problems now when I try to cash out? It is a frustrating experience to have to wait another 48 hours; I was so happy at the thought of taking my autistic daughter—whose birthday is today—to a nice place, and it has been deeply painful to realize I cannot withdraw that money.
