they took my money 49.00 before my product even got to me, never had the free trial they offer, I do not like the look it gave me. wasn't the right foundation for me.

Very quick and responsive. I had never received my package and they automatically offered refund or replacement within 2 hours of me messaging.
This product is amazing! I can use it everyday knowing it is covering and improving my skin! The customer service is amazing! The shade was off but I know it would work for the winter months and expressed that I would like to exchange and then order the other one at a later time and they ended up telling me to just keep it! They were quick with responses and very polite and helpful! I have bought other products from them and will continue making them my go to face products from now on! I highly recommend!
Only 3 stars because I personally didn’t like the products. The foundation was extremely dry and chalky on my skin. The concealer was too watery and I expected it to be a shade or two lighter than the foundation but it was exactly the same color. I’ll be sending back. The request for refund process has seemed simple enough so far.

I actually do like the product but the company’s marketing strategy is intense and overwhelming. I purchased the foundation free trial. The shade match is great and I really do like how the foundation sits on my skin. It has a nice natural finish and lasts throughout the day. I feel it applies much better with a makeup sponge than with the brush they send you. It’s way too early to tell if it has any effect on my acne, so I can’t comment on its effectiveness as an acne treatment. From the moment I made my purchase, it seems like I’m constantly getting emails checking in on me. I’d rather have some time to experience the product on my own. Their need to constantly grab my attention is very overwhelming and a turn off. Even though I like the product, it makes me consider not repurchasing. I hate feeling like I’m being watched and monitored by a brand.

I just want to say that my entire experience; from the initial color matching online to returning my Try it Before you Buy It product was the most easiest process I've ever experienced when dealing with a company. If only my skin had loved it just as much!! I am actually upset this product didn't work out for me because the coverage was nice, the color match was on point, and it didn't feel heavy while wearing. Best customer service ever, in my eyes!! Quality makeup. I've been using methodiq for a month and il makiage (the sister company) for a few years and the coverage is excellent.
I came across an ad for foundation on Instagram, and decided to do the online quiz. I was very impressed with the process and the results so I ordered the try before you buy it which included the foundation, concealer, and brush. I loved that I could try it for 30 days before committing. The products are wonderful. I typically do not like foundation at all, and I am very picky about concealer because I feel like everything makes my eyes look dry and highlights the sign lines. Both the concealer and foundation look very natural and I love the formula. I also really love the foundation brush that it came with. I felt like it was a great value for the quality of the products and the bundle pricing!
I had an issue with my order, so I reached out to their customer service for assistance. They immediately responded and helped to resolve it right away.
Love the product, it’s non-irritating to my skin and it covers acne scarring and my under eyes without even needing to use the concealer. I did use the concealer for an active breakout and it has great coverage plus the breakout is healing faster than usual.

When I saw this product advertisement I knew it would help me with my acne problem so I made a decision to buy it and they didn't failed me. It actually helps me a lot and now my third refil will be coming up. Im very happy and satisfied with the product, thanks very much METHODIQ TEAM 🥰

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I was scammed; they have an ad claiming you can try it without paying—just the $5.90 shipping fee. I authorized the $5.90 payment and saw the bill showed only that amount, yet they charged me twice—the second charge was for $113. The product might be good, but I don't even want to try it anymore.

The shade match was exact, something I haven't been able to find with any other foundation I've tried. It isn't heavy but has amazing coverage and leaves a pretty finish. My only problem was with it settling into fine lines no matter what skin prep I did or primer I used.
It’s only been a few days but I think it’s working. My skin is smoother and my age spots look lighter. If 4 days shows this much change I can’t wait to see what it is when I’m at the 1 month mark
The product comes in a very medicinal packing, so that’s my only suggestion to the company is to make it look less like you purchased it from a pharmacy. However, the product itself was a great match! At first I felt it was to light of a shade but paired with bronzer it is perfect and I love that it doesn’t cling to my dry spots like a lot of foundations do, of course you need to put your moisturizers to support this. Great coverage for my acne rosacea!
I started using Melanex 509 May 23, 26. Its now August 2nd and seeing good results so far. My husband keeps complementing me how my melasma is fading and a lot lighter. My co workers also noticed changes in my skin. I intend to keep going and stick with the treatment plan set for me. I am very pleased with the results so far.
