نحن نهتم كثيراً بالمشكلة التي واجهتها، نود ان نعلمك ان النظام لا يدعم حاليًا عملية إسترداد الأموال بالنسبة لشحن الحسابات الأخرى / شحن لمبلغ خاطئ , وفي نفس الوقت لا يدعم أيضاً نقل UC بين الحسابات المختلفة. نوصيك بفحص الحساب والتأكد بعناية من مبلغ إعادة الشحن قبل شراء uc، وذلك لتجنب أخطاء إعادة الشحن والخسائر غير الضرورية.
