First order at Midnight Hour, went great
It was my first order at Midnight Hour so it was a bit of a « test order », and everything went smoothly! The cardigan I ordered is as advertised, good quality and finitions, and the overseas delivery was quick. Shipping cost included all tax and duties, which is interesting when ordering from EU. Will definitely order some more from them.

EDIT: I am very impressed how quickly MH responded to my review; while it was frustrating to have the item have a mistake twice, they did refund the shipping cost very quickly after this review. So that is good - but I also hope they will make sure other customers don't get charged for these types of exchanges in the future! I also appreciate the offer to let me exchange it past the due date. But since I really wanted to wear the swimsuit this weekend (it is cute!) I already spent this afternoon tailoring it so it fits pretty okay. (Luckily I sew a lot XD ) ORIGINAL: I'm not very happy with the return experience. I ordered a swimsuit top that arrived very stretched out (like someone had stretched it too much while trying it on), so I asked for a return/exchange. They charged me for shipping which I think is unreasonable since it is their mistake for shipping a defective item. Then when I got the new item, I did not open it right away because I assumed it would be fine. My mistake, but when I did open it, they sent me a L (the original order was a S). So now I can't exchange this one anymore nor can I wear it.

Hi Melanie, We apologize for this experience you had. You should NOT have been charged for the exchange shipping cost on the defective item and we have refunded the $8- to your payment method used. As for the exchange item that you did receive that is in the incorrect size. Please send us an email at [email protected] with a photo of the garment with the size. Although it is well past the return window, since this is our mistake we are happy to accept the return or exchange on it. Please accept our apologies, we hope you give us another chance!

I have several clothing items from Midnight Hour. I absolutely love everything I’ve gotten. Great quality clothing. Everything fits well and has been true to size. Shipping times have always been good. Overall I really like the store and plan to buy more in the future.

EXTREMELY short & tight
Got this for a birthday party and was immediately disappointed. This dress runs very small and EXTREMELY short. While I’m definitely tall (6ft), this dress barely covered my butt. I had to wear shorts underneath an already very tight dress in order to make it work. Other websites offer similar dresses that are better for the price point / quality.

I pretty much love all of their clothes, and the delivery is quick, usually in 2-4 days. And thw quality of the clothes is awesome. Of course some are more delicate than others but even the delicates seem durable. I will definitely keep buying.
