MileIQ has been a lifesaver. I’ve been using it for a couple of years and it’s incredibly easy to use. As an entrepreneur, tracking mileage used to be a constant headache, but MileIQ makes the entire process effortless. I simply send the monthly report to my bookkeeper and I’m done.
I've had this app for a few years and it's worth Wonders on it keeps track of every place that I go where the person or business and it allows me to use the tracking device to do my taxes
After Mile IQ upgraded their app it made it much less user friendly. The join drives option has disappeared. I tried removing and re-installing the app but no luck. Customer service has been no help. I’m currently looking for another driver tracking app to replace Mile IQ.
I love that I don’t have to remember to log my trips. Just have my phone with me and the app does the recording. Also, it’s great that the app will remember frequently traveled routes and auto tag them; unless you tell it not to.
I initially used the free version to test the App, starting in 2022 or 2023. I decided I liked it, and subscribed to the THEN $59.99 annual fee app. It worked great. Miles were updated in real time. Then the price went up last year to $89.99 for annual subscription. I queried that at the time, and was told that the App had improved significantly and that justified the price increase. Since then I've had a serious deterioration in service - previously miles less than 0.5 were not registered, now it looks like less than 1 mile. Miles used to be registered immediately. Today, 6 hours after I finished my shift, my app has not been updated. That has been consistent for the last few months. I have to wait until the next day to CHECK that my miles are registered and to ADD manually the ones that weren't. I was a 5 star client for the first couple of years, now I'm down to 3, and if it continues this way I'll be changing my work miles app.
MileIQ tracks every drive and allows me to set up auto classification so it can easily separate most of my drives for me and separate them between personal and business. And those that can't be auto classified are as easy as a swipe left or right. At the end of the year, and easy to read summary is all I have to provide my tax professional to maximize my deductions!
Helps me keep track of time , mileage, daily to n fro from work and all stops in between..Very helpful

Great app. They rocked the boat with a huge price jump from ~$60/year to ~$90/year without adding much of anything to the app's performance. But hey, but it's still amongst the most affordable, very-useful mileage apps.
Very easy to use and makes my life easier where I can just swipe left/right to record my small business miles. Thankful for the ap and at a fair price too.
This is the most user friendly app to track mileage. It moves right with you so there’s zero chance of forgetting to log in miles.
The app was working well until Jan 2026 and then when I had to replace my phone, the app isn't recording the trips. Most of the time it when I reach a destination (inside the building), it thinks the car is still traveling and then ends wo recording the trip.
I Love these kinds of challenges. I would Love to embark on all of the categories and answer the questions.
