It’s not clear that this company is actually in China. Items were shipped fairly quickly - took 8 days to arrive. But the quality is terrible, nothing like the pictures and the sizing runs quite small. There is a strange return process - 14 day policy, take photographs first, request return approval with photographs via email, and then ship all the way back to China. To me, it’s not worth the hassle and I’ll just donate the clothes as they’re really not great quality and nothing like the pictures and since they don’t fit, despite sizing up, I have no use for them. Very disappointed and would recommend other UK customers avoid.

I ordered an item on June 19th and it appears like it just left the country of origin. It's now June 30th and I assumed the item would have no issue arriving before the 4th of July. It's very shady to avoid listing shipping timelines when people pay $10 for shipping. I will be returning the item if it doesn't arrive on time.

The clothes are great and good quality. However I placed two orders. One came with one item missing. And the second order came with 5 items missing!!! I left seal emails and tries co tasting through WhatsApp with no response. It’s difficult working with a company that has no customer service. So I give them 1 star. Lost money but also lost out on some adorable clothing

Ordered baby clothes online, the company very efficiently collected my money & £10 delivery fee. Then absolutely nothing, no confirmation email or any communication to date, just tumbleweed. This company appears to be actively marketing & posting photographs of baby clothes my advice BEWARE!!! It feels like scam behaviour or extremely poor process at best. What supplying company doesn’t even send a confirmation email 🙈🙈🙈

You need to look at your returns policy and over a longer period of time for people buying from UK, my items would never had made the 2 week deadline .. instead was offered 20% off next order and 10% refund
