Looked at a lot of similar websites but found that mini throw balls was very simple to use and customer service was very responsive. They did exactly what I wanted and delivered ahead of time with a perfect product Communication after order was final was great. Emails and tracking of shipment was great. Footballs will be a great promo for my kids homecoming game
Recommend! Good communication after the order was placed and prompt shipment. The item quality and printing were great. :)
My product order was placed, reviewed and shipped within 1 business day. The order was received (in Canada, no less!) prior to their expected delivery date and was exactly as ordered. Very satisfied.
.I was very happy with the footballs, they arrived on time. but my rally flags didn't come with and when I went to see why, they have no tracking #. Could someone up date me on the status of them please.. vicki 253-590-9084
Customer service and the Art dept worked with me till we got it correct, outstanding job . . . thank you
Excellent customer service and we were very pleased with the product. Will definitely use this company again!!
It would have been nice if our logo could have been bigger.
We have a max imprint area. If we increase the imprint too much the image will come out distorted.
I was a little bit nervous to create and order the footballs for our High School Cheerleaders to throw out at the opening game of the season. I am not a computer guru, but the process was super easy and they sent proofs via email before the final order went in so I couldn't really mess it up. Thank you!
this company is really great to work with!! i would recommend this company for any marketing needs
Product is great! Shipped to wrong address still waiting on my order. It was the shippers s mistake.
Sorry, we have corrected this with UPS
Originally ordered red/orange imprint on blue footballs. After placing the order I received an email saying they can't do it and they changed it to white imprint. Unfortunately, I was on a deadline so I went ahead with order even though it was not what I originally had ordered. If I would have known I couldn't have the color combo I requested I would not have placed the order. To there credit, customer service was prompt and courteous.
Sorry , the Red ball with an Orange Imprint will not work together. The Orange imprint on a Red ball will not be legible.
I ordered the small foam footballs and couldn't be more pleased! From the time I placed my order to receiving my shipment the customer service was outstanding! Will be using this company again as the need arises.
Good, friendly customer service! Work with you on your needs for products desired.
footballs were a little smaller than expected. We had hoped to have red and blue ink but machine was not operating properly. Box was crushed when delivered but footballs were not damaged, but overall pleased with customer service and product.
Fast shipping. Looks great. Just a little more expensive than I thought it should be.
I have used Mini Throw Balls now for 5 years and have always been pleased with their service and product. This most recent order was handled especially well since I had ordered previously but had misplaced my password information. I was contacted via email to avoid a new set-up fee and I SO appreciated that!
Website is easy to use and chat was very helpful.
We loved our customized bats. The quality was great and so was the service. Thanks for all the help and the quick turn around!
