Easy ordering for first time user
The measurement instructions and video were very helpful as I've not ordered from your site before. The site was easy to navigate and I loved all the colors that this particular dress came in and being able to see the colors on the model. Really looking forward to receiving the beautiful dress!
The dresses are beautiful
The dresses are beautiful, but undersized by almost 1-2 sizes , also returns are not streamlined and by the time you get responses from them it’s too late to return , supposedly due to the long distance and being involved with customs and shipping . They give 14 days from date received ,, but the emails went back and forth for 4 days , you’ll only recieve 1 per day. After 5 th day still no real info as to how or were you’d send back . So basically stuck with 2 , small formal dresses . Not impressed!

1st Purchase for a wedding
My experience was great because of the the online customer service itself. I was guided easily across options, and kept side options I wanted to see again. I didn't have to look long for a great dress I love! This company does well due to its great options, fast shipping and amazing discounts. I will definitely be purchasing future dresses from Missac!

Ease of shopping and flexibility of ordering I loved the variety of dresses and most importantly the opportunity to order with ability to customize my dress since my body type isn't the standard size without achange in price. After looking for quite some time, I continued coming back to this site, recommended this site to my mom, who bought dress for the same event (which is gorgeous). I haven't received my dress yet, so I'm hoping I receive it on time, but the reviews support the quality.

International shipping
So excited to receive my dress in the mail. I am currently stationed oversea and it's hard to find wedding dresses in the local area so happy that Missacc delivers to Japan. The website is easy to use and the custom measurement video was so helpful to feel confident when measuring on my own. Great website and so excited to see the dress in person, only raving reviews.
