My order took forever to be completed

My order took forever to be completed. My issue was not just one. First, the website specifically says 1 minute delivery, which implies that the stock is readily available upon demand. This was absolutely not the case, as I had to wait over 48 hours for my order's completion. Second, there was no transparency regarding the order until I reached out and asked about it, leaving me to ask if they were going to even tell me at all that the order would be delayed and why it would be delayed. Third, there was no attempt to try to ease the concerns that I had regarding my need for this order to be complete, not substitute ways to show that they had been working on it, no partial shipments in place, nothing that would build good will between them (the business) and myself (the client). A full rework of the website, stating concerns that could arise with order delivery, stating potential delays based on server, would help. This followed by an email to the client detailing potential means of order completion, ptentially including partial deliveries where possible, which show the client that it is being worked on and they are not forgotten, would help build some trust in the brand and the work being done by the service provider.
