Money lost
Bought digital currency for Star Citizen. It was never delivered, and 2 messages to "customer support" (sic!) were ignored. I feel scammed and I lost ~15 usd. If you are unable to process the request, why won't you refund me? Do I need to write you 100 more mails or sue you to make it happen? Edit: please dont lie about trying to reach me via email. Email is not a classic paper mail that can get lost in post office. I didn't get anything, also checked in spam folder = ergo, you never tried to contact me.
