Items fit well and work.BUT: I stripped a few screws due to the weaker material supplied. Need written instructions included with that notation about how to tighten screws.
everything plugged right up
everything plugged right up, had a issue with the steering wheel controls not working and thankfully they are open and available and answered my phone call on a Saturday and he helped me through the steering wheel setup procedure now everything works 100%

One of the connectors had 2 issues
One of the connectors had 2 issues. One set of red/white composite plugs were switched and one of set of speaker wires were switched for pos/neg. That was a pain to track down and fix.

Marc, Thank you for your review and feedback on our products. After reviewing our previous conversation, we are confident that there is another issue occurring with your installation. The wires you referenced have been verified to be in the correct locations, and their colors match the OEM wiring diagrams. It appears that you have attempted to determine which wire colors carry specific speaker signals, but your conclusions do not align with the OEM diagrams. The issue you experienced with ground feedback most likely disappeared because you reversed the ground wire. Your comment regarding the switched positive and negative wires is incorrect, and we ask that anyone else reading this please disregard that statement. All of our products are designed based on OEM wiring diagrams. In some cases, the wire colors may differ from common expectations. For example, in this particular setup, the positive wire is black while the negative wire is red. This is how the OEM designed it. While most people assume red indicates positive and black indicates negative, that is not always the case. Regarding your comment about the RCA plugs being switched, this is also incorrect. The RCA connectors are clearly labeled according to their respective inputs—RL and RF—which match the OEM diagrams. Although the RCA colors may differ, color does not determine the signal being carried, as is also evident in the OEM wiring. That said, your review did help us identify that the center speaker output was reversed, which was indeed an issue. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention, and we have corrected it in all future harnesses. Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us improve our products.

I was looking to upgrade my radio to get Carplay on Acura MDX 2007. Orlando was very helpful right from the beginning. He helped me understand what I need to get the installation done by myself. He helped me pick the right product by explaining pros and cons. I got the Kenwood radio kit and the product arrived in 7 days since it was ground shipping but no damages and everything came intact. Called the customer support number during installation and I was given clear instructions which helped me a lot to finish the installation by myself. It took me 3hrs (since I am a noob and have never done such a project) but everything turned out fine. Tip: Don't connect Bluetooth audio to your phone because when you connect carplay and you get a call, the system gets confused and switches to Bluetooth instead of carplay. And the steering wheel control doesn't change the song while on carplay but it changes the song while on Bluetooth or radio. Other than that everything is perfect.
