One of my items were back ordered
One of my items were back ordered. No warning just did not get shipped. No update as to when it will be shipped. No offer of a refund. Guess I’ll just tell the plants to wait until you ship the rest of my order. I’ll just let them know they need to stop growing.

Ordered Extreme Gardening tea brews. Upon arrival I noticed the product was past the expiration date. I contacted someone in sales and I was told to keep the product and that I would be sent a new one that was not expired. Unfortunately, I never heard back from anyone.
