As a parent, I am really appreciating the experience my child is having with Moonpreneur. The instructor is always being patient and kind even when mistakes are happening, everything is being calmly explained and clearly so my child can understand the correct approach and method. The teaching style is making each class enjoyable and keeping my child motivated to keep learning. It is being a very positive experience overall, and I am looking forward to seeing my child continue to grow.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unethical Business Practices and Unresolved Refund
I am writing this review as a warning to others considering this robotics program. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with zero trust in this organization.
When I initially signed up, I was promised one month free as part of the enrollment. However, shortly after, I was charged the full fee without my authorization. When I contacted them to resolve the mistake, they acknowledged the error and explicitly promised a refund.
It has now been one and a half years since that commitment was made. Despite my consistent follow-ups over this extended period, they have failed to issue the refund. The lack of accountability, the broken promises, and the failure to honor their own commitments to a customer are completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering this class to look elsewhere. Do not trust these people with your time or your money. They have shown a total disregard for professional integrity.
My daughter has been learning robotics with Moonpreneur for the past two years, and it has been an amazing experience! She absolutely loves the course, and the teachers are incredibly supportive. What we appreciate the most is their customer support—they are genuinely awesome and always accommodate our requests. Highly recommend!

Misleading
We were invited to a 'robotics workshop' but spent 10 minutes on TinkerCAD (which my son already uses at school and is free) to draft a light circuit on a laptop. Very misleading and my son and the other kids were very disappointed and rather bored.
Good introduction to coding and science related topics
Instructors are engaging but need significant improvement and need to ensure kids understand and apply logic than learning the logic.
Also need to have stable faculty so that it’s easier for the kid to understand and progress

Misleading “robotics” event that felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch
I attended a Moonpreneur “In-Person Robotics Event for Kids” after responding to a social media advert that said:
“In-Person Robotics Event for Kids (7–14 Years). Give your child a hands-on introduction to robotics, coding, and STEM learning. Fun activities, real robots, and an unforgettable experience!”
The advert was accompanied by an image of a child interacting with (humanoid, legy style) robots, so my expectation was that this would be a genuinely hands-on robotics session.
Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced.
The event itself was poorly signposted, which meant many families arrived late. As a result, the first half hour was largely taken up with admin and getting everyone logged into Moonpreneur’s system. It quickly became clear that this was not really an in-person robotics workshop. The person in the room was mainly facilitating, while the actual teaching was delivered remotely via a screen at the front of the classroom, with the children following along on laptops.
There were no physical robots. There was no practical interaction with robotics equipment. There was no circuit board for the children to use during the session. The activity was essentially coding on a screen to make lights turn on and off on a virtual circuit board within an online platform.
To be fair, the remote teacher was good. They were engaging, clear, and my daughter enjoyed the task. The coding element itself was accessible and interesting for her. My issue is not with the remote teacher or the fact that my daughter found the activity enjoyable. My issue is with how the event was advertised and sold.
At the beginning of the session, the host said that, as a thank you for attending, everyone would receive a free circuit board to take home. My daughter was excited about this. However, at the end of the session it became apparent that the “free” board was only available if parents signed up there and then for Moonpreneur’s paid course. That was not made clear at the beginning. We were left with nothing because we did not sign up on the day.
I found this extremely misleading, and other parents at the session appeared unhappy about it too.
While the children were occupied with the screen-based activity, parents were given a sales pitch. We were told the course would cost around £850 for the year or £100 per month. That is a significant amount of money for what appeared to be a remote learning programme that parents would then support at home.
During the session, I looked up the board being discussed and realised it was a BBC micro:bit. These boards are inexpensive and widely available, and there are many free, high-quality lessons and projects available online through the official micro:bit and Microsoft MakeCode platforms. In fact, the activity being demonstrated appeared very similar to free introductory micro:bit coding resources already available online.
That made the whole experience feel even worse. We had attended expecting a hands-on robotics event. Instead, we received a screen-based coding introduction, followed by a sales pitch for an expensive subscription, built around technology and learning resources that are already cheaply and freely available elsewhere.
In my opinion, the sales process was completely inappropriate for an event aimed at young children. It felt like the children were being used as part of the sales funnel. They were promised something exciting, got engaged in the activity, and were then put in a position where they would naturally be disappointed if their parents did not sign up immediately.
The comparison that comes to mind is old-fashioned timeshare selling: get people in the room with the promise of something appealing, make it feel exciting, then apply pressure to buy on the day.
I can only comment on the one Moonpreneur session I attended. The host was polite, and the remote teacher was engaging. But the overall experience felt misleading, sales-focused, and not aligned with the advert that brought us there.
There was no meaningful hands-on robotics. There were no real robots. The promised free board did not materialise unless we signed up for the paid course. The sales pitch was far too prominent. And the core learning activity appeared to involve technology and resources that families can access themselves for a fraction of the price, or for free.
The one positive outcome is that we discovered the BBC micro:bit, which I have now ordered myself. I will be using the free online lessons with my daughter instead.
I would not recommend this event unless you are fully prepared for a sales pitch and understand that the “robotics” element may simply be a screen-based coding simulation. Based on my experience, I would not deal with Moonpreneur again.

Exceptional Learning Experience
My overall experience is very good .At first , i was a bit skeptical but it was one of the best decision to enroll my daughter in their one year program .
Their instructors are very good , my daughter learned alot from them and her critical thinking skill has also increased. She made many projects with them independantly. They are very good in communication. Any issue , they resolve in timely manner. I have already enrolled my daughter for next level with them .

Engaging and fun robotics lessons
My child is attending their online Robotics lessons for more than 6 months. They love it! It is fun and engaging, they learn programming but also work with real circuits and mechanical pieces.
At the beginning I was very skeptical. Like other people reported, the way they approach the initial free lesson and their sales tactics are not good at all. You can see that the overall supporting functions, even technical ones, are not to a professional grade that we would expect here, however due to the perceived quality during the lessons themselves, I still consider a 5 stars service.
Very difficult to reach out incase we want to discontinue. They dont bother to answer. Money deducted of my account without my consent. I had booked only for 4 sessions and never confirmed my future sessions. It was taken for granted . No response received on phone or email from the team.
The response is very prompt when we want to book anything unlike cancellations or refunds.
Extremely disappointing
This program is incredible! My son has been doing competitive robotics with his friends since 4th grade, yet after joining Moonprenuer’s program, his FLL performance skyrocketed! He has learned all sorts of technical skills and has really upgraded his robot since joining! Also, the power skills classes he takes that come with the robotics program for free have really boosted his confidence and public speaking skills. Would highly recommend.
SCAM! This business listed our hotel as a venue. Didn't find out about it until guests called in inquiring about it.
Read the 1-star reviews, and you'll see that this is a common practice for them with them "baiting and switching" to online classes day of.
When I called to ask why our venue was listed for this "workshop", they asked me to email them the listing. After refusing to share my personal email or business email due to their TrustPilot and BBB rating, they conveniently hung up on me. I called back, was put on hold, and was hung up on again. This company is fishing for your information--DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.
My son has been with Moonpreneur learning Robotics for over two years and it has been such a learning experience. He thoroughly enjoys learning. He has come a very long way and all of a sudden he has developed so much of interest in it. MOONPRENEUR ROCKS !!

I'd recommend Moonpreneur
What I value about Moonpreneur is that they not only care about the technical skills, they want the kids to develop their soft skills, ability to show their work, express their ideas.

Total fraud
Total fraud. Free workshop that promised 5 classes but then told they will take payment for a full month within 4 classes. Nothing much to offer in classes, so i cancelled after 3rd. They still charged full month 169 and are not refunding it back.
My nephew has been attending Moonpreneur’s robotics and coding classes for the past couple of years, and he’s genuinely enjoyed them. Before this, he used to lose interest pretty quickly with online classes, but this is one of the few activities he’s consistently stuck with. I think a big reason is that the sessions don’t feel overly rigid or academic.
One thing I’ve noticed is how much more comfortable he’s become with figuring things out on his own. Earlier, he’d get frustrated very quickly if something didn’t work. Now he treats it more like trial and error and keeps experimenting until he gets it right. It’s been nice seeing that change happen naturally over time.

Fraud Alert - They lied about having the classes in-person
They claim to have local robotics classes in a local hotel. Then last minute say that the venue has been switched online. In my city, they use the Days Inn hotel as the original location for an in-person robotics class, which enticed me to sign up my child. Then they said it moved online. I called the Days Inn to ask if they ever had a booking for a room from Moonpreneur and they said no it is a scam. Upon further investigation, I realized they do this in cities all over the world claiming that they’ve booked a room for a venue and a local hotel (with limited spots) in order to obtain your personal information and sign up your child, then they say it moved online. These people are clearly scammers- don’t deal with them.
The instructors are great ! Very patient to explain details, background so they are completely aware of the minor details needed at every step !
