Awesome!!!!
I have been a part of this casino for a while now but , I like the easy navigation of the site. The deals are great and this is my first time redeeming , and I have to say it was very easy and quick . Will definitely use more often . Right now it is ##1 for me .

I’ve played on mostly all platforms
I’ve played on mostly all platforms, Moozi is my favorite, to new games quick pay out. But most of all the fun I have on this site. No one wins all the time, but having fun is free.. this site will definitely make you smile while having fun…

It's frustrating when they say that…
It's frustrating when they say that we'll hear back from them. And you never get anything other than that communication end to be hours and hours and you go back and you say something to them , and they still say it'll give give us some time to look through it for whatever reason it takes them days to get back to you. Other than that, this is a real casino. They pay out instantly, no problems. There is just having communication with somebody. The customer service. Some of them needs help

I started off with $6. They gave me to play with and just requested a redemption for $190! Will have to make sure it hits my account. I know this being my 1st time it may take a day but this is the first slot game I have ever won that much just from the free coins to start. So far they have all the normal slots and I may have just found my new favorite site.

As an avid daily gamer across several dozen social casinos, i am very familiar with the sweepstakes sphere, rtp, rng's, and know what to expect.
As far as Moozi goes, had an account for several years, have never redeemed. Not once. Never even hit big enough line wins or bonuses to have a redeemable balance. Not once, in years. Meanwhile, redeeming at least once weekly across all of the big established socials. My recommendation is to avoid Moozi and play elsewhere.
Best of luck!

We understand that different users will experience different gaming outcomes at times. That is part of what makes the experience vibrant and exciting, but equally we understand that at times some users may feel like outcomes aren't going their preferred way. We can say with confidence that all our games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play and our games are supplied by reputable, independent, third parties to maintain transparency and fairness. It is also important to remember that RNG is a guide only and outcomes tend to only reflect the RNG after longer periods of time. Short-term outcomes can vary significantly.
I enjoy this site. When I first started playing I had won a few times. It now seems like they aren't hitting as much as they did. It's harder to win anything but I still enjoy the site.

They gave me a massive bonus out of the blue and I was able to turn that into real cash after just one play through. The games are fun; the graphics fantastic. Very fair RTP. There aren’t many games you can play and really feel like you have as good a chance of winning as you do of losing. A

The RTP, Instant redemption, and bonuses are the BEST
The RTP on this site is hands down one of THE best. And the instant redemption feature is the number one reason I consistently play on Moozi!
Customer service has always been great. I asked for some free SC bonus one time, and they just added like $300 to my account. It was crazy.

Received my redemption instantly. Have dealt with over 50 social casinos & only 5 or 6 of them pay instantly.
