My first experience with Mow the Lawn
The website was easy to navigate and order through. However the shipping updates were very weak. FedEx said they didn't have the package, the website said it was somewhere in Ohio, but it was there for many days with no movement. Called Mow the Lawn and the person on the phone was very pleasant and understanding. She said i would receive my package by monday which i found surprising since i called on a friday and the package was still in Ohio, Not sure how it will make it to Calif. in that time frame but it did. I was joking with the fedex guy as the package looked like it went through Russian and the Ukraine before i got it. All and all the part wasn't damaged but the box suffered greatly.

I purchased a replacement deck spring…
I purchased a replacement deck spring from them for my John Deere zero turn. The spring broke upon first mow after then replacement. When I sought a replacement, the company required an incredible amount of information to do a replacement which is incredibly inconvenient.
