Prompt service and I received rugs as advertised... no knock-offs here. I love the vibrant colors and as of this writing, I had to launder one rug (cold cycle, hung dry), and it came out great. No shrinkage or funny business. Quick delivery.
We appreciate your kind words, William. It’s great to hear the mats are working well and easy to care for.
Purchased 2 Muddy mats large and small 2 years ago. The quality has been less than satisfactory as I sit here stitching the edging back on to the small one in four different areas. Needs stitching for same on large one as well but haven't gotten to it. Large one takes days to dry in hot California sun as it's too big to fit in my dryer. Small washes up and dries ok but dislike the edging coming off. Have only machine washed both twice. Doubt if I will purchase again.
Thank you, Kathy, for sharing your experience. We understand your feedback regarding your concerns about the muddy mat's durability. An email has been sent to address this matter and assist you further. We appreciate your valuable feedback and the opportunity to support you.
I have two standard poodles and a messy back yard. I've tried so many different rugs/mats, trying to avoid wet/muddy footprints across the room. I always had to keep a towel nearby to wipe their feet. I am so impressed with my Muddy Mat. I haven't had one footprint even 6 inches off the mat since I put it down. I can't believe how well it absorbs moisture immediately! Muddy Mats are worth every penny!!!
We appreciate your feedback, Jolynn. It’s wonderful to know the mats are keeping your floors clean and dry.
I purchased the muddy mat stair treads and installed last week. I have gotten compliments from 2 friends that stopped by but most importantly my family loves how soft they are! They were so easy to install, they don’t slip on my wood stairs and they are easy to vacuum with my Dyson cordless vacuum. I love that I can wash them in the future when needed!
We appreciate your kind words, Charlene. It’s great to hear your family enjoys the stair treads.
The muddy mat company and their customer service is outstanding! I have had minor issues in the past and they were corrected immediately. I always brag about your mats when anyone comes over to my home. I have them at both entrances, my kitchen, my bathroom and even in the laundry room.
Thank you, M J, for your thoughtful review. We’re glad our mats and service continue to meet your expectations across different rooms.
When, for the first time, my order didn't all arrive, Customer Service was on the problem immediately. They got the next part of the order out in just days and the last item comes tomorrow. Wonderfully responsive company!
Thank you, Kelley. We’re pleased our team could quickly resolve your order issue.
These are absolutely the greatest cat litter mats ever!! I’ve tried soooo many & none of them can compare to the Muddy Mats!! My kitties (3) love them so much I had to get 3 more, a total of 6 now, because they want to use them as their beds!! lol. I had made a mistake on my second order & the customer care rep was quickly able to correct it & issue my refund. I highly recommend these mats!!
Thank you, Jeannie. We’re glad your cats love the mats and that our team could assist with your order.
This Matt is the best for all over the house! I liked my 1st order so much that I ordered the Matt’s for the bathrooms and in front of my washer and dryer area as well! It is exactly as described and the backing is definitely non-slip! I am elderly and that is very important. The microfiber material is very adsorbent and dries very quickly. Definitely would buy again and could make a nice gift!
Thank you, Marie. We’re pleased the mats are safe, absorbent, and useful throughout your home.

The rugs and towel work so well! With arthritis I struggle to wipe their feet in the winter and this solves the problem. Great quality and fast shipping.
Thank you for your review, Laura. We’re glad the rugs and towel have made things easier for you and that the quality and shipping met your expectations.
Best dog mats and beds and to back it up, the customer service is top notch! Response time to an email was immediate and my color issue was taken care of pronto! Will refer and will buy again!
Thank you for your review, Tammy. We’re delighted you’re satisfied with both the Muddy Mats and our customer service. We appreciate your support and referrals.
Muddy Mat meets all of our needs, including its great customer service. I just had what I thought was an issue resolved very quickly. They changed their Velcro opening to a zipper, which is much more functional. I couldn't find the zipper, so they helped me find it, and their response time was exceptionally fast.
Thank you, Eva, for your feedback. We’re glad the zipper design works better for you and that our team was able to assist promptly.
I have several Muddy Mats at doorways to catch the footprints of my dog. I tried other brands because they cost less. However, they did not do the work of Muddy Mats. Not only that, after being washed just 2 or 3 times the rubber backing cracked and peeled off leaving a big mess in my washer. I could feel the difference as soon as I unrolled the Muddy Mat. I received the shipment quickly and when I had a question Customer Service responded quickly. I'm a loyal customer.
Thank you for your loyalty and kind words, Grandma. We’re delighted the Muddy Mat continues to meet your expectations.
They came quickly, the muddy mats absorb wet and mud from dog's feet really well and totally keep kitty litter from traveling all over the house. The muddy mats wash well and mine look like brand new after having them for several years and washing them every few months.
Thank you for your feedback, Christina. We’re glad the Muddy Mat has served you well over the years and continues to look brand new after washes.
I've bought several muddy mats and couldn't be more happy! The quality is so impressive, I've replaced bathroom/shower rugs with these. The mesh outdoor mat is also made exceptionally well and very comfortable to step on! Muddy Mats are made very durable and easy to clean. Would definitely recommend!
We truly appreciate your kind words, Sean. It’s wonderful to hear how versatile and durable the Muddy Mats have been for you.
