The tool to preview what the wallpaper would look like on your wall was awesome. Really helped me achieve the look I was going for.

Ordered a ridiculously priced $20 sample only to receive a miniature print vs an actual sized print. For $40 more, I could order an actual-size print. While it was helpful to be able to speak with a person (name and phone number provided with the mini sample), $60 just to get an actual-sized image sample is wasteful. I have opted to go with wallpaper from a wallpaper company who sent actual-sized sample pieces for free.
Following up to the response from Murals Your Way. When I spoke to the gal about ordering a sample, I was not told free pre-printed samples were an option.
Additionally, given that my bathroom was completely torn apart as a result of Hurricane Helene, using the visualizer tool didn't really seem to be an option because pictures were of missing walls, no toilet, vanity, etc.

I apologize that you were unhappy with your experience. We actually provide pre-printed material samples for free. This enables you to touch and feel the materials and see the range of color and detail. If our customers want a printed sample of an image they provide or a specific image from our library, we do charge for those since they are custom printed. To start it was a real person who answered the phone. The person was able to answer all of my questions and give some additional information to make my purchase easier. I had troubles getting my image to load for my personalized wall mural and the tech crew were able to help out and it turned out amazing. The quality of the product is so nice, and installation was a breeze.

Murals Your Way provides top quality products with superb customer service! When ordering my mural online, it seemed that my order didn’t go through because I didn’t immediately receive a confirmation notice, so I reordered it. I then emailed customer service to make certain that I had ordered only one mural. The representative promptly responded and verified that I was indeed charged for two murals but she took care of the problem immediately. Size was spot on. The image was not nearly as sharp as displayed online etc. that’s a was a little disappointing. Mike was super helpful as well. Not sure how to make the installation process easier but, we got it done. Thanks

It was a great experience! Not super easy to put up, but we got it done. I think with a little practice it would get easier to put up. Our wall looks amazing though even with the amateur application. lol
