The site kept pushing other products and it never clearly confirmed my purchase or clearly explained how to access my program. Any explanation would have been buried in all the other crap.That was 4/27/26 and even I've seen nothing confirming my purchase and providing access to the program. Bob

This process has been life changing ! These people were so professional with me by helping keep my package Even-though it took me over 7 months to actually get started because I am a procrastinator ! Money refund
I tried the app and the method, and it worked really well. I felt calmer and noticed an improvement in my condition. It was easy to use.
Unfortunately, I am quite lazy and stopped using it. I only paid attention again when my subscription became active and I was charged. I immediately wrote to them saying that I did not wish to continue the subscription at that time.
I received a very prompt and extremely helpful response. With other companies, they usually refer to the contract and say that I agreed to the terms — but not here! I got my money back within three days.
This is an exceptional company with outstanding customer service. I am very satisfied with how they handle customer needs. Thanks! István

Ti chi good for older peopl,some soreness to be expected. Just a reminder for the older people. Hand positions seem to be key for energy and breathing. Consider showing hand positions prior to moves, the finger positions, seem to arouse the chi energy flows.

The sessions are short, but intense. A minute for a demonstration is too short. Too many exercises per session, so much that you can't remember the sequence to try it on your own
BUT it has helped more than I hoped for. My knee joints feel better, the bending from the waist is better. NOW for the healthier me .... I hope to improve by the end of this session...

Like many apps, your initial subscription starts with the plan you purchased and then renews at the standard rate unless you cancel. You’ll still be able to access the exercises even after the 4 weeks, so you can modify or repeat them at your own pace.
