Johnny Russell- Chained LP- Excellent Johnny Cash - Children - 45- Excellent Little David Wilkins - Is Everybody Ready - 45 - Very Good Roger Miller - Golden Hits LP - Poor I am happy with the top 3 records, but not the Roger Miller LP. Info described it as professionally cleaned and VG. All I can figure is the cleaning method scratched the record significantly. As far as my experience on the web site. It was very good and easy to navigate.

I ordered a 1977 (48 year old) vinyl album it arrived in near perfect condition and plays perfectly. The postage and cost were reasonable. Thanks guys, will be ordering all my album through you first.

The CD that I had ordered from a seller…
The CD that I had ordered from a seller in Brazil on February 27, 2025 was delivered not to me in the USA but to someone else in Sao Paulo, Brazil on March 21, 2025. The seller kept on giving me excuses but finally did offer to send me a replacement CD but he wanted me to wait even longer to see if the original shipped CD showed up in my mailbox which it never did. When I had asked if he would ship the replacement CD out sooner, the seller had ignored my two requests. So I had asked PayPal for a full refund which they kindly had given to me. When I had told the seller that PayPal had given me a full refund and I had asked the seller again if he would still offer me that replacement CD right away then I would return the favor with leaving him positive feedback over at MusicStack, the seller had finally replied back to me but in an angry insulting response. So I finally had no choice but to leave him negative feedback at MusicStack since I did not receive the CD plus he did not live up to his promise to send me a replacement CD and instead had given a rude reply back to me. That seller from Brazil should either send me a replacement CD or MusicStack should immediately remove him from their website. I wish my order had worked out better because I would have liked to have the CD of that album since it is not sold here in the USA. I only blame MusicStack for allowing such a seller onto their business website.

Sorry to hear there the item didn't show due to what sounds like a shipping mistake made by the seller. I'm guessing he probably tried to get the person who received your item mistakenly to mail it directly to you and hence why he wanted you to wait longer. But even though you have 180 days to file for a refund, and you couldn't wait and requested and got a refund. Surely that is your right, but we don't blame him for not wanting to send you another CD or wanting to work you any longer after that and after you left him a negative review as well. Unfortunately, it can take over a month for items to clear customs from Brazil and go to the USA at times, and if it had to be shipped twice it could explain why it would take even longer and why he wanted you to wait. This seller has been a good and long time seller our on system and is reasonable. We will not be removing them over this.
