Songwriter's best friend
As a songwriter (not a professional) in the pop/rock vein looking to have quality recordings of my tracks, thru Musiversal I have access to top-notch singers and players and am able to really give new life to my songs, many of which were written many years ago. Musiversal is really a dream come true for me.

Thank you for sharing such an uplifting experience, Bruce! It’s wonderful to know that Musiversal has helped breathe new life into your older pop/rock songs, and we love that our talented vocalists and players have made your music feel truly reborn. Keep creating, and let’s keep the dream alive! 🎸

Where to even start!
Where to even start? I've only scratched the surface of what this services can offer, and it's already an insanely bananas service for a working producer. It won't make sense for everyone, of course, but for active composers/ producers, this is ridiculously good, if you come to sessions prepared. If you're not, I think it will still be very useful, but the 30-minute session format favours those with well-developed parts, and that is the real trick to the service. I sincerely hope Musiversal keeps growing. Amazing way of working and highly recommended!

Julien - it’s fantastic to discover how much Musiversal is already enhancing your production process, especially when you come prepared for the sessions. While not every creative approach will match this format, it truly shines for composers who’ve refined their parts ahead of time - well put! We love your enthusiasm for Musiversal’s future and appreciate the glowing endorsement! 🎧

Musiversal provides limitless options…
Musiversal provides limitless options for songwriters who want to record material but do not have the means to get it done locally. The platform opens the world to an extensive roster of top-notch players and grand arrangements are achievable. We have done eight sessions so far and have had a solid experience each time.
My impression is that you will get out what you put in. Make sure your music is in a form that is ready to be recorded. Create charts or have the team do it for you so the musicians have a chance to show up prepared. Do that prep and you will not be disappointed with the results!
We were a bit intimidated to get started due to the level of musicianship but once we took the leap all that anxiety went away. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. At the end of the day everyone involved just really loves making music and that is the beauty of the platform and why I think it works so well.

We’re delighted that Musiversal has given you a world of recording possibilities, especially when local resources aren’t readily available. By ensuring your music is well-prepared and the musicians have the necessary charts, you unlock their full potential and end up with remarkable results. We couldn't put it better, Jimmy!
We love hearing that your initial apprehension melted into such a positive, collaborative experience—there’s truly something special about everyone just wanting to make great music together! 🎶
I have found Musiveral provides a way to take my productions up to the next level. All the musicians are both talented and professional. I make use of the pre-production charting and production advice as a sounding board to my production ideas.
I recently had a “quick mix”, a professional mix done in about an hour. The file sent wasn’t right so I contacted Customer Support and they got me the correct file and it came out great. Support is usually pretty quick to resolve issues.

Schuyler - It’s great to hear that Musiversal has helped elevate your productions! Having talented musicians and solid production support can make all the difference. We’re also glad that Customer Support was able to quickly resolve your issue—enjoy making more great music! 🎛️

I have really enjoyed using Musiversal
I have really enjoyed using Musiversal. I have booked several sessions and the musicians are very easy going and produce amazing music. I create my music with virtual instruments, so hearing real instruments with emotion was a great experience. I highly recommend this platform.

It’s awesome that Musiversal has brought your music to life with real instruments and emotion! Virtual instruments are great, but nothing compares to the depth and expression of live musicians - real humans! Glad you’ve had such a positive experience, Alex 🎻

Wonderful!
The musicians I have had the privilege to work with have been a joy! Brought so much energy and feel to my music. This could be a game changer for serious artist looking to bypass the bureaucratic experience of the music industry and studio culture. For those who want to just make music and interact with major talent in a positive and efficient way. This is the way to go. A few changes would make the process a little better. I think the 4 session limit is a bit unnecessary considering most of your sessions are spread out over 2 weeks due to the musicians having very limited availability especially the melodic instrumentalist (Guitars, Keyboards etc) So having the ability to book maybe 6-8 sessions at a time as opposed to just 4 would be a lot more efficient for any one working on a full-length project. Otherwise it’s a really great platform. I recommend to any and everyone.

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful insights and positive experience with Musiversal! It’s fantastic to hear how much energy and creativity the musicians have brought to your music, and we’re glad the platform is proving to be a game-changer for you, Theory.
We understand your point regarding the session limit and availability of certain instrumentalists. Your suggestion to increase the booking speed is a valuable one, and we’ll make sure to relay this feedback to our team as we continue enhancing the platform.
Thanks for the recommendation and for being a part of our journey! 🎸

Unresponsive
I wrote to them a while ago asking for a guitarist who could play in an authentic country style. After listening to others on their platform they were mostly pop/jazz based. Nobody responded to me and it seems that they are quick to take peoples money yet ignore administrative duties
Reply from Musiversal2025-01-02
Thanks for your review, Kay.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for not responding as promptly as we usually do. We’re currently investigating what caused the delay to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
For authentic Country guitar playing, we’re proud to recommend our two fantastic US-based guitarists: Sam Choate (https://www.musiversal.com/remote-session-musician/sam-choate) and Steve Lewis (https://www.musiversal.com/remote-session-musician/steve-lewis). Both bring incredible skill and style that we’re confident will elevate your tracks.
We’d love the opportunity to support your music and hope you’ll reconsider Musiversal as your go-to music production platform. 🎶🎸

I've been working with Musiversal session players for a few months now. Each one of them has been friendly, efficient, flexible, and extremely talented. The folks behind the scenes have been exemplary as well, going above and beyond for me whenever I've had questions or challenges. Tonight I have my first audio editing session and tomorrow I'm beta-testing with a video editor. I will be trusting Musiversal with my final mixes and masters too. I can honestly say I might never have finished this album without them.
