We're sorry for the problem you're having. You could download Google Authenticator in APP STORE .Then set up google authenticator.After signing in google, then get code on a new phone.Then use your phone to scan the code or enter your key, you will get the verification code. The verification code is dynamic every time you use the google auth app.

I would like to explain the minimum withdrawal limit is always 0.02eth.And It should be noted that MVU Cloud Mining itself doesn’t set minimum withdrawal but we use Binance to transfer your ETH income to your wallet address. Binance minimum trade of ETH is 0.02. Your balance should be over 0.02 ETH so that our system can complete to transfer ETH to your wallet by Binance. The minimum withdrawal doesn’t depend on MVU Cloud Mining but Binance so that we can not cancel or lower the minimum withdrawal limit.

They are not in hongkong. China already banned cryptocurrency activities. This company should have been closed if they were from hongkong. The company is illegal in china since this activity is illegal to china. MVU limited may be registered to hongkong but in different nature of business. China's government intensify the crack down of crypto mining and all crypto currency activities.

This is a scam, another ponzi mining. Their live support is claiming that they are in China. Upon checking of the domain, the owner is in Iceland. I'm asking who is their boss is and now i'm blocked.
