Very bad company! Misleading information given offering a trial of £5.99 they then take more payments that are unauthorised once they have your bank information . Content even though paid for is inaccessible. They are also really rude and contra-sending in customers service. They should loose any licence they have to trade!

I signed up and was charged 9 bucks right away. 14 days later, I was charged another 26 bucks. I had no idea I would be charged again, and so soon, for continued use. When I tried to cancel and ask for a refund, the terms indicated my reason for the refund was invalid. Total scam. I intend to dispute this with my bank. And I would not recommend this app.

I paid for 1 week Premium subscription (EUR 6.99), received a confirmation email that my subscription is Active, and several seconds after, they charged my card with a Welcome Subscription of EUR 15.99. As I contacted the support team, they said: “all charges on your account were made during your visit to our website. When pop-up offers appear, selecting Continue Purchase confirm transaction” So they are using a pop-up offer for a new amount (not shown ) which only misleads you.

Scam - avoid at all costs. They claim that the viewing is free and then ask you to subscribe so that you can watch the end of the show. They will then cream your bank account with over inflated costs. It literally cost me £120 to watch the end of a programme which I initially thought was free.

I signed up for a subscription that was clearly advertised at $8.49, but instead, I was immediately charged $25. No clear explanation, no transparency. Then, without proper authorization, I was charged another $25. When I contacted support, they completely ignored the pricing issue and kept referring to their “terms and conditions” instead of addressing the fact that the amount charged does NOT match what was presented. They even offered a 50% refund — which honestly feels like a tactic to keep part of the money instead of fixing the mistake. I barely used the service, yet they insist on keeping the charges. This feels misleading and unfair, and I will be escalating this through my bank. 👉 Be careful before subscribing. 👉 Always double-check what you’re being charged. If anyone else experienced something similar with this service, I’d love to hear.

I'm having fun watching the dramas and have even had a few of them become favorites. The only reason that I didn't give 4 stars is that there isn't a way to watch episodes without spending coins, like watching an ad to watch an episode up to 10 episodes per drama before having to wait 6 hours to be able to do it again, since I prefer to save coins to binge several episodes at once. The app is easy to navigate so finding the kind of story you like is easy!

This website is a scam, I purchased a 1 week trial for 1€ a day, and they charged me 6.99 + another 14.99€ luckily my bank put an hold there on the card as they were another 15.99€ transaction that I was able to decline. Just do not purchase any trial there for your own good, and if you ve done it go to the app to cancel it cause they are charging u automatically!!!

I like a good amount of the content and subscription price for a year was very reasonable - that is what brought me in. But once I was in, I then got a tablet - in trying to get it set up I lost access to my subscription - customer service was GREAT! They had me set back up within 30 minutes! THAT is by far my main reason for staying!

Update April 7: Even though they charged me for VIP until May 1st, they cut off my access today because my weekly premium expired. They literally stole my money for the VIP period and blocked the service. Even after I canceled the subscription, they tried to charge my card 4 times in one evening! In their response to the comments, they are lying. They request data, but I have already provided all the required information. They claim they do not charge without permission — that is a lie! Be careful and do not use this service!
