On the website the return/refund policy is made to sound reasonable. They disclose that shipping costs will not be refunded; what they don't disclose is that the product must be returned to China! -- meaning that two thirds of the cost of the item will NOT be refunded, as that is how much it would cost to return it. I am left wondering if I would even get that one-third of the product cost back, after paying more than $85 to ship it back to China. This feels dishonest.

We’d like to clarify that return addresses do vary depending on the product. Some items are shipped from local warehouses and can be returned locally, while others are shipped directly from China, in which case returns do need to be sent back to China. This is based on where the item is fulfilled from, and we apologize if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase.
International shipping costs are unfortunately very high, and we also absorb a significant portion of shipping costs to fulfill orders. Because of this, we often try our best to help customers with replacements, partial refunds, or other solutions instead of requiring a return, whenever possible.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and for how this experience felt. The kit purchased (Orthanc) is good in quality and consistency, the issue I have is that there are missing pieces and the seller does not have the ability to provide those missing pieces and my kit is incomplete.
My experience with buying from this shop is quite good and had no problems whatsoever, and in fact would recommend them. The caveat is that if you have missing pieces, expect to source them locally.

The only thing that I didn't like was it came in just a plastic bag. There wasn't a picture of what it was on the bag. This was a gift so I had to open it and turn the instruction book to the last page so the person I was giving it to could actually see what it was. The company should at least put a picture on the outside of the instruction book. The actual set was amazing and the person I gave it to loved it.
It took over 3 weeks to get my order, it was said upon ordering it would take only 10 days. The order was not fulfilled I ordered 2 sets and only received 1. When I requested to get the other set that I ordered. They just refunded the money and didn’t send my other set.
