Just checked my emails and this company has requested the same information 24 times. Each tone they email I provide the information requested. Which is the same each time. Wish I'd chosen a different company 2 years ago when I filed the original claim.
Not received any items I ordered even though it says I have and it also shows a tracker that confirms it was delivered..so why have I not got my items which was 3 large shelving units..the times they give for delivery are also between times our shop is open.,7-10..15 hours a day..something not right here
They kept sending me emails, then one saying they would take 50% of claim , when it was originally 35%, which started making me think it was a scam. I had already filled some of the survey out, checked on trust pilot and changed my mind , but the survey wouldn't let me delete the info I had already put in, I kept trying to delete and then it just came up with submitted, so I didn't agree to it, should this have happened? Anyone else experienced this?
Podcast Goodhead stop sending me messages
Years and years of emails from them, harassing me for information etc etc *yawn*. When I told them to remove my details, they send a HUGE (not exaggerating) email and at the end they threatened that they will send me the fees I "owe" for the legal fees BLAH BLAH BLAH. Utter b**locks. I do not owe them anything and I warned them never to threaten me again. They've done bugger all except harass me and obviously thousands of others too. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMING COMPANY - BAG OF SH**. I have reported and blocked their email address and their complaints email address.
Nearly 6 years and still waiting. Just keep getting the same emails over and over again. I understand it can take a little while but 6 years is taking the Micky,
I have received numerous emails and messages for the same information numerous times which have been sent numerous times. I think this is a fake organisation. Not prepared to keep sending same info
I am SUPER happy I came here first!
I was about to press 'send'! These guys sent me a random email requesting for my details! That was a bit peculiar so, I decided to check the reviews!
I will not even bother!!
Shocking, These cowboys and their connections need to be locked up!
Shocking, unprofessional and clearly corrupt!
Unfortunately signed up with this cowboy outfit many years ago, providing ALL my vehicle details.
I then received emails every now and again telling me everything was looking positive and that I could receive finality soon. Next thing I know after all these years (them having all dates and details with regard to the vehicle, including registration year details etc), only to receive an email after all this time that it was required to be registered on or after 2009 UTTER NONSENSE and CLEARLY LYING (surely if that was the case you would know the facts before setting up such a business)!
There is something serious to be investigated here by trading standards and other legal channels, especially after seeing their current feedback on Trustpilot.
How can/could they have promoted a business through ADVERTS on the TV (all channels that run their advert are also complicit (as they themselves should of and are required to check due diligence, and before authorised advertising should be vetted for accuracy and liability)!
I WILL NOT JUST LET THIS DROP!
These cowboys and their connections need to be locked up!
MYDIESELCLAIM (has a TRUSTPILOT REVIEW rating of BAD and NOT the illegal claim of being excellent! It is a fictitious made up company and is clearly a scam run by POGUST GOODHEAD, TRUSTPILOT itself is losing its credibility by doing nothing to take legal action. I myself will be contacting the Law Society and other government trading departments.
THIS STINKS OF CORRUPTION!!
Agree with all other poor feedback comments here DO NOT WASTE YOUR time, after years they will always give the some hidden excuse that they cant continue with your claim. TOTAL SCAM.
If they cant even check your details fro the very start then only years later check, POINTLESS jokers.
There's a lot of information to supply at the start and I didn't have everything but provided what I had .
My claim has been accepted and the law firm has been providing me with periodical updates.
UTTER SCAM!!!! As virtually EVERY review on here says, they've taken TWO YEARS of 'investigation', frequent email requests for uploads of information already sent to them, to come back now two years on with an email saying "sorry, your car does not qualify for compensation".... Myself, and my wife both had cars matching their requirements two years ago, and we both had the "your car doesn't qualify" emails a couple of days ago. As others have said, it looks VERY suspicious and i wouldn't be suprised if their intention all along was to use our details to scam us and pocket the money for themselves. UTTER SCAM, BEWARE!
I too just received a letter saying my car is ineligible. Now reading others have experienced the same it appears that they will get the compensation due but fobbing off people like us so they can keep the compensation or its a very good ID fraud scam.
I was told if I had bought my car within certain dates I had a claim (I did) After a couple of years and having to dig out umpteen documents and agreements get them scanned I have just received an email saying my car was purchased on a date not affected by the emissions scandal. These people have gathered lots of information including copies of legal documents. The do not strike me as a reputable firm and it worries me that they have all this information was this their intention from the start?
Worthless. Endless rounds of questionnaires over TWO years, repetive document uploads, loads of emails back and forth. Now I was just told they dont think my car is the right sort of car after all, so bye bye.
BEWARE ,,, you could be in for a very, very pointless ride.
