Smooth process with their help. I would recommend them over an expensive attorney. However, double check the quit claim deed form accepted by your county of residence before buying theirs. My county didn't accept it and I had to pay for the correct one on another site.
Misrepresented timelines severely... stated 2-3 days to get my completed forms back. Then sent me 3 emails in 12 hours saying my forms were completed. When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.
