This one actually was great BUT…..
This one actually was great! It’s my previous two orders I’d like to straiten out, if it’s even possible. In my 1st order I tried a Yacht Man Blue and I fell in love with it. It was only available in the smallest sample size, so on my next order I order 5 more Yacht Man Blue. Those 5 are the same as each other but night & day different than the one I LOVE!! How can we figure it out?!?

Size of samples and some won’t spray at…
Size of samples and some won’t spray at all-sooo the size is what is advertised- 3 of sprays won’t work and one was cracked- can’t send them back cause I threw them out. Your right Mr Mobly I got what I paid for and have learned my lesson not to buy something too good to be true as far as price

Mr. Delaney, I was just notified of your 1-star review. I have a couple of questions, if you don't mind. 1. Is there a reason why you didn't reach out to us for resolution instead of just leaving a poor review? 2. You were disappointed with the size of the samples?? Sir, you received FIVE 5.5ml samples (AND a free sample!). And our product listing for the 5 for $20 deal specifies that the sample is 5.5ml. And we sent you 5.5ml samples, as you ordered. Why were you expecting more for $20? We sell hundreds of these sets every month and customers tell me it's the best deal ANYWHERE on fragrance samples. I'd really like to know what you expected. 3. I'd be happy to replace any sprayers that don't work. That's an easy fix. I just sent you a prepaid shipping label so that you can send it back to us. I will refund your money immediately when we receive your return. If you aren't pleased with the sample sizes and find $20 to be exorbitant for what you recieved, I don't think we'll ever be able to satisfy you. You realize that's only $4 per sample, right? Better free samples atomizers please
I appreciated the free samples, but the atomizers they came in were terrible. they hardly sprayed anything and the bit they sprayed was more of a stream than a mist. happened with a couple of the bigger main samples I got too, but not all 3 like the smallest free samples.

This is my second order from this company. Great service and fast shipping. Unfortunately this time around one of the bottles leaked badly ( it was the free sample, so I am not that unhappy). Otherwise 5 stars (again).

Was sent the wrong size item, I ordered the same size bottle of British Leather that I received on a previous order ,you sent me a smaller bottle. You owe me another bottle.
