I have not been able to receive digital reward code due to technical error and the Customer Service team is still trying to find resolution after more than 48 hours now. I have requested refund but I have not been able to get resolution. On the other hand i also bought another gift card but was not available. I was able to get a refund but this results to me having to look for alternative online gift platform.

I purchased a Google Play gift card and ran into repeated verification issues with Google. I followed all their instructions, uploaded proof of purchase, and sent two messages to my gift card supply support. After several days with no response at all, I replied asking for a refund. Still nothing. The gift card remains unusable. Extremely poor customer service for a company handling digital products. I will not be purchasing from them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Since it's about APple Gift Cards, it should be communicated clear, that not APple is the one who offers this service and not the existing apple.com account will be used. 2. It's confusing, that the service seems to be limited to Apple US. When registering, warnings might popup to inform that my location (Germany/Europe) is not appropriate. However for my situation that's what I was looking for, to send someone an APple US Gift Card. 3. Screenreader accessibility for blind and visually disabled people is quite OK.
