Difference between king and twin
I have three of the twin kiwi mattresses and I love them. 5 stars for them. Because of that, we ordered a king for our room. It’s not the same. I expected the same mattress just a bigger size. It’s not a lack of quality issue. The firmness and padding are just not the same as the smaller size.
These guys are a great company
These guys are a great company. Unfortunately none of their mattress offerings were firm enough for my needs, but I really like how the company has you donate the mattress to a charity and they refunded me right away.
Five Mattresses and Five Stars
I have multiple mattresses from My Green Mattress and cannot complain at all. The pricing is very competitive for an organic mattress and the quality is top-notch. I truly love this company and recommend them to everyone I know. Plus I love that it is really organic and not just greenwashed like a lot of mattress copanies.
Happy with the Kiwi mattress
Recently purchased the Kiwi mattress for my son. Ordering was simple, the product shipped quickly, and I’m impressed by the quality and comfort of the mattress. My son loves it and I love it!
I was having horrible neck
I was having horrible neck, back, and head pain and their old mattress ended up having the springs come through after 7 years only. They wouldn’t honor the warranty due to stains, which whatever, but offered 50% off on a new mattress. I didn’t want another mattress from this brand but to save money we got it. I had went to a chiropractor and was finally getting my life back, no more headaches. Today, after using their mattress, I woke up in more pain than I have ever felt in my life. Instantly crying. My back, neck, and my entire head hurt. It is the firmest mattress I have ever slept on and all I can do is cry in pain. I feel so lost and feel like I went 10 steps backwards. I know mattresses can take time to break in, but I still don’t feel anyone should be in this much pain upon waking up. I felt better on the mattress that was dipped in with springs coming through then on this brand new mattress, which says a lot to me.

Poor quality, and deny warranty claims
I purchased the natural escape mattress, which arrived in September 2020. My husband and I followed all of the care instructions, unpacking it immediately, and placing it on a high-quality boxspring. Unfortunately, we have never owned a lower quality mattress. Within the first year, it was clear that there were indents forming where we sleep. Again- we have followed all manufacturer instructions, and have treated our bed with care- we are of average height and weight. Nonetheless, we are left with a mattress that has developed bad indentations that are causing back pain, and are worsening. When we sent My Green Mattress photos of the worsening issue in 2022, we were told their team cannot see any indentations or visible defects, and denied us warranty coverage. Instead they offered us a 50% discount on a new mattress. So in response to our complaint that their mattress was defective, they denied our warranty claim and instead offered us the opportunity to give them more money for another defective product. Do not buy from My Green Mattress. Their product is of poor quality, and they do not follow through on their “20 year warranty”. After 3.5 years of owning their Natural Escape mattress, we have to go buy a replacement, as the problem continues to worsen, and our backs are in constant pain.
Developed divots after one year
I was excited to buy my first "green" mattress. Unfortunately, 2 inch deep divots 8 inches in length appeared less than a year and a half later. I called and emailed customer service. The owner said my husband was too big/fat for the mattress I got. There were no recommended weights on the mattress descriptions and I had never purchased a mattress before. The owner was also supposed to call and come look at our mattress, but never did. Disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

SUPERIOR MATTRESS IN EVERY RATING CATEGORY!
After doing several hours of research, we decided that the Natural Escape hybrid organic mattress by My Green Mattress was most commensurate with our needs while saving several hundred dollars compared to other companies. We recently received and set up our mattress and could not be more ecstatic! It is like sleeping on a 5-star luxury hotel mattress… but better due to the added comfort in knowing the mattress is organic and free from chemicals (the chemicals used in the manufacturing of a traditional mattress are pretty scary). The Natural Escape is superior in every rating category. It is extremely comfortable and softly conforms to those side-sleeper contact points, hips and shoulders; I can actually sleep in on the weekend with no pressure point pain. On my previous mattress, I had to flip multiple times in the night due to discomfort. Also, I can get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom without waking my light-sleeping husband because of the excellent motion isolation and the complete lack of creaks or squeaks. My husband sleeps on the edge of the mattress, and the Natural Escape has tighter coils along the edge, so he doesn’t feel like he’s going to roll off the edge like when sleeping on a foam mattress. So far, this mattress sustains temperature neutrality better than any mattress we’ve slept on, but we haven’t hit those hot summer months yet. Some reviewers mentioned off-gassing from the latex; while there was some slight off-gassing after we set up the bed, it was completely gone in a few hours, and I have a strong sense of smell! I would recommend this mattress to anyone who wants a healthy, organic, and luxuriously comfortable mattress that is an excellent value for what you get!

I purchased this mattress for my daughter who values having organic products. The mattress was easy to unpack and assemble, she did a little video of it! Really fun! I ordered 2 twins for my grandsons. They are very comfortable and came with hardly a trace of an order which quickly dissipated. Shipping was quick! I am very satisfied:)
Excellent service
The time between placing the actual order and receiving the mattresses was exceptional. The mattresses were at our front door within a few days, and they were well packaged and free from damage.

The best mattresses I've owned
I have 3 mattresses now from My Green Mattress. The quality is excellent and I love that I can actually breathe while laying in bed. No nasty chemicals assaulting me while I'm sleeping. Each of the mattresses I've ordered arrived within a week of me placing an order. In fact they arrived so fast I had to wait to open them until the bed arrived in a couple cases. I purchased the Pure Echo mattress. It is definitely a very firm mattress which is exactly what I wanted. The beauty is that it's firm but comfortable. If you want a more plush mattress then I would definitely recommend a topper of some sort on the mattress or try the Natural Escape. I will be definitely coming back to My Green Mattress in the future, but I don't know when that will be given the quality of the products I received.
Good service and products!
The latex topper was a fantastic addition to my old mattress (traditional spring). It helped alleviate some of the joint pain I was experiencing with just my spring mattress. I would not recommend using this on your old mattress if your old mattress is starting to dent/sag in the middle. The topper will not be as effective. I also love the waterproof organic cotton mattress pad from MyGreenMattress. It fits my full mattress + topper nicely. Also, I previously bought an all latex mattress from MyGreenMattress for my sister and she loves it! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for natural and non-toxic sleep products!
