When I first ordered my products from Nuora, there was a processing error and I was emailing very upset to cancel my oder. I was placed in contact with Jera, who took time out to thoroughly listen to the issue and she immediately resolved it from start to finish. She always kept in touch to let me know exactly how they were handling my issue. All of her responses to me were prompt and she was very pleasant and kind. Her customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I felt like I had a live agent right in front of me walking me every step of the way, it is because of her, they retained a customer and I will be ordering again. Also, so far the gummies have been great.

Quick and friendly customer service

I reached out with a simple question in regards to how many bags I was getting with my order. Aida was quick to review my order and respond with the exact information I was looking for. They were also just as kind and quick to my follow up question on how to properly store the excess bags I was to be receiving. I am really happy to have found not only a product that works (have been taking these gummies for over a year now) but a company with good customer service and follows through and ht einquories they recieve.

I feel so energetic

I can’t explain it. I just feel more energetic and “light” I haven’t experienced brain fog like I was before. I also don't feel as snacky as before. Food is not central to my day. I’ve lost 2 pounds but I’m just so happy with how much better and in-control I am. My energy level is the best it’s been in years.
