My Passport Hub is a deceptive third-party service that mimics official government websites to trick users into paying over $100 for free forms, I thought I was on the official government website. They refused to refund my payment because I requested outside of their return window. While I understand the policy, I believe them to be misrepresenting their service intentionally. It should be abundantly clear on their website that they are not the official passport renewal website. Shame on you MPH for scamming.

This is a scam. Avoid! This is not an official government agency affiliated company. They charge almost $100 to fill out a free form you can do yourself. You still have to pay another fee to the National Processing Center & mail all documents. Good luck trying to cancel and talk to a person or get a refund. This company is very misleading.
