My interview with Julie was one of the best I've ever had. Julie was very welcoming and warm but still professional. She answered all of my questions, and it just felt like things flowed! Also, I really appreciate how ethical MysticSense is as a company, and how well supported their advisors are. They clearly have invested a lot of time into building excellent personal and technical support.

I was just interviewed by Julie, head of psychic recruitment, and I was genuinely impressed. She's a natural empath and a experienced working psychic herself, so she's not just going through the motions. She knows the platform inside and out and gave me a thorough, honest picture of what to expect. Her questions were thoughtful and direct. She asked about my background with tarot, my approach to readings, and really listened to my answers. I then got to do a shadow work reading with Julie as the client. It was a great way to demonstrate how I work. It was a real reading and not just a hypothetical situation. I could tell she was fully engaged and discerning, not just going through the motions. If you're a reader considering joining this platform, the interview alone will tell you this is a professional, well-run operation. Julie sets a high bar, and that's exactly what you want to see.

felt misled and lost money

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with MysticSense. After a phone session, I was encouraged to book a video session and a $65 hold was placed. I canceled the session in advance, and the service was never provided. Despite this, MysticSense did not return the funds and instead converted them into account credit without my consent. What was most concerning was how MysticSense handled the situation afterward. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including asking to speak with a manager, but was unable to get meaningful assistance. At one point, MysticSense stated that a refund would be issued after a dispute was closed. I followed all required steps and acted in good faith. However, after the dispute was closed, no refund was received, and MysticSense declined to return the funds. The entire process felt confusing and discouraging, especially when my account activity did not seem to fully reflect what actually occurred. This experience left me feeling that I could not rely on MysticSense’s representations. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

Honest and genuine

I have been working here since 2020 and things have changed for us readers. Be lucky if you even get one call at all. Traffic was overflowing before the website changed. Now the website changed and things turned horrible. Customer service always say the same thing" update your profile, update your availability, try changing tools on your profile" and etc. This company doesn't like taking responsibility for anything. It is not the advisor's fault that traffic is almost completely gone. Customer service has the same old song, and the tune never changes. The rating system is terrible because it is incorrect. The rating doesn't change at all anyhow. This company needs to take responsibility for the fact that things have gone downhill and continue. We have to request staff pick to receive calls.
