Needs refinement
I decided to give this site a go for pantheon week 4. I understand that it is considered a very difficult event but my service took close to 36 hours to complete; with frequent stoppages. Sometimes for multiple hours until resumed. It felt like my account was being held hostage. The communication was lack luster although I did really enjoy the communication hub. Overall my experience was okay at best.
Worst Experience of my Life.
They had 3 different boosters attempt to do my service, and it took WELL over 24 hours to complete. I was continually bothered to give people codes from my email because of this. I was told multiple times it would be done at this time, and then when it wasn’t they just made up an excuse about having electric problems. I was told how hard it was, when I watched multiple 2 mans of the same thing this “professional” group of people couldn’t do with 6. 0/10 I would never recommend this to anyone.
Fantastic service!
This was handled incredibly fast, and executed perfectly. Everything was professional and I'll definitly be back!
