I applied for a reseller certificate, and the experience has been very disappointing. After waiting 10 days and following up, they finally sent me the application form to sign. I signed and returned it the same day, but after that, there were no updates on my application in my account. When I checked back almost two weeks later, my order was suddenly marked as 100% complete with the note “Notified Client and closed order,” even though I was never notified and had no idea when this was done. When I contacted them, they simply said they had done their part and that the state would send it to me by mail — even though I had clearly selected electronic delivery only. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

MyUSACorporation was very knowledgeable, I was able to reach in-person support twice to go over details of a company move from one state to another. There had been recent changes in the new state code that allowed for domestication, they were right on top of the new process and requirements. I required new articles of incorporation, dissolution and termination articles, notification of IRS etc. and they were extremely fast in execution. I had the entire process complete within one week, correctly and legally done. Very well done, MyUSACorporation!
