I had previously written a review for this place regarding being misled about a type of flower I purchased. Shortly after making my review I received a phone call from a manager expressing that he was sorry to hear of my experience and offered to replace what I had purchased next time I was in the area. He mentioned noting my account and told me I could come in and redeem that offer, along with an extra 10% off of anything I purchased additionally that next visit. I am not in the area often, so I finally got out there a little over a month later to see if the offer still was available to me. Instead of just popping in, I called ahead and the woman on the phone told me there were no notes on my account, so I explained the situation and what I was told. She insisted I come up to the location and that the owner was there and would take good care of me anyways and make things right. When I arrived and explained my call beforehand they had me working with a budtender who was completely clueless on the situation, it took a while to even speak to anyone with knowledge on the issue, and then when the owner came out I was greeted in the most accusatory and awkward way, like my being there was me somehow doing something wrong. I was simply following up on what I was offered, otherwise I would have never come back in. After waiting a bit, the owner came back out and showed the budtender I was working with what my options of flower to choose from are, while he hovered over both of us, making me feel incredibly pressured to just quickly pick anything soon. I did not even feel comfortable to smell my options as I was being hovered over and felt rushed. While I was making my choice he also informed me that I was not allowed to leave with this flower until the negative review I made was changed, which is fine, no issue in doing that, BUT there was no warmth or kindness from this man, just sheer annoyance and he was treating me like I committed some kind of crime. Mind you, again, I was planning to never come back, but I appreciated that they offered to make it right, and whoever I was on the phone with was incredibly kind and understanding, so I assumed the energy would have been the same after arriving.. it was not. Anyways, I got my replacement flower, was never offered that additional 10%, and before I paid, the owner made sure to ask my budtender several times if I changed my review, along with asking again after I paid. I made my way out, and I will absolutely never be back to this location. The entire experience was awkward and terrible, and who would have thought that 1 negative review would cause this much of an issue. I should have just picked a different dispo, so my mistake there, but I hope this review helps them improve their customer service tactics. Don't welcome people back in and offer kindness and compassion over the phone then treat the customer like an annoyance once they arrive. I never asked for anything for free, nor did I expect free stuff or even NEED free stuff. I was simply following up on an offer that was made to me. Good luck to anyone that comes in here and has a bad experience, and if they offer you something to come back in, just know the energy you will be met with in person. This was all a very weird experience and nothing I would ever want to experience again. Thanks for replacing my flower, but it was absolutely not worth how awful I felt leaving that building.
