This year my situation changed and I've been trying to navigate through Medicare with the help of a couple of Medicare agents, only to be left more confused and stressed. A customer of mine gave me Cindy A. with Navigate Medicare's phone number and I am so grateful. She is professional, friendly, and relatable. She spent a great deal of time with me, explaining everything so clearly that for the first time I now understand Medicare and am covered with the program that best fits my needs. Cindy A. is the real deal and I cannot recommend her enough! She will definitely be my Medicare agent for life...thank you Cindy for your help in making this process SO MUCH EASIER!

Selina was the first agent I talked with that didn't immediately discourage me from my choice to go with MediGap instead of Medicare Advantage. She did her due diligence and explained how she saw improvements happening with Advantage and l appreciated her candor.
