Swift Support and Quick Resolution: A Great Experience with Nestify Tech Team
I had an issue with one of the domains that we have. A quick restore of one the available back up copies of the site did not resolve it. Fortunately, one of the Tech Support Team at Nestify, Ameya, was there to address my concern. Later, I learned that the domain was infected and they got it up and running in no time. Issue with Scheduler update, but support fixed it
I had a problem where the database,Scheduler update kept getting stuck in a pending state. It was frustrating at first, but the Nestify support team was helpful and responsive throughout. They kept me updated via chat and email, worked on the issue quickly, and eventually fixed it. They also said a fix will be applied to prevent this from happening again, which I really appreciate. Thanks to the support team for resolving it in good time!
So Far, So Good...
After a larger company took over our previous hosting provider with a blue cloud logo, the service quality diminished, and the costs continued to rise (which wouldn't have been an issue if the service remained good). After another issue, we decided to look elsewhere and came across Nestify. Their pricing is fair, good quality resources, and the support team, Amelia in particular, is a massive help.

The support has been consistently fantastic. As I need to adjust for the changing demands of Wordpress updates and site requirements, each of the support staff that I have had to work with has been efficient and successful at helping me attend to whatever comes up.
I would leave zero stars if possible
I would leave zero stars if possible. This is the absolute worst hosting service you can use. Vultr servers are terrible. They run fast if you have one or two sites on them but then have constant issues as the servers start to get 25% full. The absolute WORST is when the SSL just stops working. Not to mention their ticket system is a joke (they never respond) and their live support can often be unconcerned with fixing the errors THEIR SERVICE caused.

Very unreliable service with poor support
My website randomly goes down way more often than it should with Nestify.io. I am currently looking into switching hosting providers. Most recently, my SSL is failing to validate even though all my DNS records are correct. Their support is clearly based overseas and has been completely unhelpful in resolving the matter, so my online store has now been offline for over 16 hours and counting. They do not even speak proper English, so it has been a very difficult time dealing with them.
