So far being able to have a medically necessary surgery to be able to stop feeling pain is possible due to this loan (and 2 others ) I'm so glad I was able to find this option.
Very lazy and unprofessional staff
Very lazy and unprofessional staff. I received a recent email regarding an application I never submitted. I sent an email asking for details that were not provided in the email. They responded that I should check the email I received for the requested information.. Why would I waste time emailing and waiting for a response if the info was readily available? Incompetence is at an all time high in customer service and NetCredit is no exception.
