The ease of use 100% the delivery 100%but I am not losing the weight I thought I would I’m stuck down 18 lbs after 5 mos.. kind of makes me wonder if it’s real or not (the medication)..

This company is horrible. The medicine is not approved by FDA. When trying to contact medical staff it took 3 weeks go a response through the AI portal only after complaining to the customer AI. This company is a joke and has been reported to the better BBB. Please be aware and do your research

It was a very easy process to get started. The evaluation was thorough and painless. My medicine was shipped and received quickly and when it was scheduled. The packaging was very thoughtful, great size but not huge or overly done. I would like to see other company’s do that. ( I receive another medication that is cold and shipped over night. It is in a huge box with a lots of plastic filler. Not necessary in my opinion. ) I am just getting started with Newself and so far I am very pleased.

Setting up an account and getting approved was quick and straightforward. I have tried several other GLP-1 sites. New Self does not bother me with a million texts and emails. They simply ask me to check in once a month to update my status. I have asked questions to the Dr. and have gotten a fast response. The prices are reasonable as well compared to other sites. I would highly recommend New Self!

Customer Service is very helpful and doctors understand what you need quickly without too much back and forth questions. They are ready to help you. Meds come in quickly. It's nice to get all your supplies and nausea meds with every shipment.

I was able to order what I wanted easily and it arrived very timely. I am not hounded daily with emails and you allow me to do my thing without having to jump through hoops to get a refill. I was able to up the duration of my prescription from 3 to 6 months without difficulty. Ease of use is most important to me.

I have been using New Self for 6 months using terzepide, and i have lost over 50 lbs. Ordering is easy and supplies are good for administration. I will hopefully be on a maintenance dose soon. I would highly reccomend them for weight loss.

When I was looking for a a GLP1, every site would say one flat price but would require a membership or the price was only the initial price and then would go up hundreds of dollars the next month. Newself has no membership fees and the price has not went up at all. All my questions get answered asap. I recommend to anyone looking for a GLP1

I went into several websites only to get a bait n switch experience, changing prices every time I went out, sign in issues. New self had consistent pricing and easy to use system. I don’t need an app, I am consistently sign in when I get communication. I have recommended New self to friends. The zofran is nice too. Haven’t needed it but nice thought!

I appreciate the check ins.. every couple of weeks. Not so often that you feel overwhelmed, but often enough you don't feel left alone. I still love that each shipment comes with nausea medicine to help when that hits occasionally. I feel like the team is accessible if I have questions about my medication. Overall this has been a great experience with NewSelf.

The questionaire was simple but straightforward. Pricing was reasonable. Shipping was fast. I wasn't too comfortable taking the body photo (even with clothes on). Do you follow up for another photo afterwards? Other than that, the process was as easy as advertised.

Process was smooth. Answered questions, submitted my health history, photo of self and what my doctor prescribed me but my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost and I couldn’t afford $1200 a month. I pay $170 a month through Klarna for a year prescription. So much more affordable! After approved, my shipment of 3 month got delivered after a couple of days! They have sent messages to check in and everything has been wonderful!
