The information was presented almost in an accelerated manor. I feel like sometimes the instructor forgot that this is a class for people brand new to the field. I had to look up things multiple times because there was verbiage being used that wasn't previously presented. there was a high level of frustration due to this and the lack of ability for guidance, with this being self paced. i feel as if i couldn't ask questions so if i didn't understand something there wasnt many options outside of turning to google and trying to figure it out myself

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and honest feedback. We are sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. The program is designed to welcome beginners to the field, so hearing that the pacing felt rushed and that terminology was introduced without prior explanation is crucial feedback for us. You shouldn't have to rely on Google to translate concepts that our curriculum should be teaching you step-by-step. We also hear you on the feeling of isolation that can come with self-paced learning when guidance isn't clear. We want to make sure you, and every student, always know exactly where to turn when a concept doesn't stick: - Email: [email protected] - Send us any question, big or small, and we will get you the right answer or resource. - In-LMS Live Chat: Use the chat feature directly inside your learning platform for quick assistance while you're studying. - Community: Connect with our active training team on the Community platform, where you can ask questions, clarify jargon, and get instructor guidance. We are taking your notes back to our curriculum and training teams to better pace beginner modules and clarify terminology. Thank you again for helping us improve the experience for future students, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if there are any specific topics we can help clarify for you right now.
NGT Experience
My experience with NGT has been very educational and helpful. All the instructors are available whenever they are needed. The video's instructions were good, and the self-paced style has made it fit into my schedule perfectly.
The best NGT Academy experience
What made my experience great was the easy to understand lectures and the reinforcement techniques being used to help you keep it fresh in your mind and master the subject. The company is doing a great job in helping its students master the subject and providing hands on labs to practice real-world scenarios.

Great IT School after Transitioning
The FSNA Basic course was a great refresher after transitioning out of the military as a Signal Officer. It isn't easy trying to balance life and school, but I went through all the lessons and took notes. The Cisco Packet Tracer labs are very helpful and it actually felt like a puzzle or game to me. So I enjoy all the lessons and training labs. I imagine that it will become more complex but it sounds fun. I look forward to finishing the course with aspirations to further my IT career as a civilian.

Easy Enrollment Process
The process of signing up and enrolling(using the G.I. bill at least) was super easy and straight-forward. I had put off using the G.I. bill based on the assumption it would be a major pain in the butt, like most things with the military/VA. I wish I had found NGT Academy sooner.

A lot on the plate, but it goes down easy.
Although there is a lot of information to digest in a short amount of tome, it is done incrementally, and it builds on itself. Not easy, but after a bit, it makes sence.

NGT Academy provides hands-on training and real exposure to the world of computer networking! I came in as a complete novice interested in cybersecurity, but I am leaving the FSNA well-equipped and confident in every area of networking. My learning is progressing, and I am glad I took this course.
