I've been using this app for a few years without any problems. I've installed it on my PC, tablet, and smartphone, and it works flawlessly. I redeemed the vouchers I'd accumulated to buy a broken heater, and it was a huge help. My only complaint is that I can only log in to my account to manage and redeem from one device; it won't let me do so from other devices. Otherwise, it's perfect.
