Excellent quality and prices
I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items, given the very reasonable prices! The assembly directions (pictures, no words) left something to be desired, but when I finally got the pieces oriented the right way, they went to together and seem very sturdy.

Very good service. One of the earring trees t-bar was crooked, but I was able to bend it so it is now level. As usual, compared to other on-line retailers your order fulfillment is slower by many days. However, orders are always correct and the prices are good as well as the selection. I will continue to be a customer.

I’ve shopped with NileCorp for a lot of years. Buy all my packaging with them. Quality seems to have dropped off some over the years. Shipping was almost 50% the cost of my order which was not great.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have a jewelry company and I have been buying very often from Nile. I never had such bad customer service in my life. The attendants answer the phone as they are doing you a favor. If you need a product urgent and you call them to help you to arrange it faster, they tell you that they can not do anything. You try to talk to their manager to ask for help, but they say you are talking to the manager already and when they transfer to someone else, it is even worse. I usually don't give bad reviews, bad I never had an experience with a company that does not appreciate a consistent client.

We did advise you that we were not able to ship both of your orders the next day but we did offer you an Air shipment option which you did declined. Let us know what's missing before completing the order
I do like the products but the two times I ordered from Nile they had to refund unavailable inventory before shipping. It would be more helpful if the customer knew right away the items are not available before ordering. My second order was missing 1 unit that I paid for. I am requesting a refund but it seems it can't be processed.

Jars were smaller than I thought but still worked for what I needed them for
Nile Corp does not offer free return…
Nile Corp does not offer free return shipping. The bracelet displays we purchased were so wide our bangles would not fit on them. We had no use for them and needed to return. The least expensive way to return them through the post office was $33. That was close to what the 4 bracelet holders costed. Very disappointing. I will not buy from them anymore.

Have been doing business with Nile for…
Have been doing business with Nile for years. They consistently sell me good quality products that cost significantly less than their competitors. The only complaint I ever have is the FREE SHIPPING after spending $75 or more. I have to spend the $75 so I keep looking and end up spending more than even the minimum. I really like these folks. In nearly 20 years of business I have had a couple of snafus but all were dealt with promptly courteously and always ended with my complete satisfaction.
