Every display item I ordered was packed so well for shipment that everything was in perfect condition! This is probably the 10th to 12th order from Nile that I have made. I took a chance about a year ago and ordered from another company, and the entire order was in very poor condition. So, Nile is definitely my favorite place to order jewelry displays!!!!

Shipping is fast

Shipping is fast. I mostly purchase boxes and organza bags for jewelry. Nile has the best prices and selection.

Very Pleased With My Purchase

The items I purchased were packed securely and arrived quickly. The quality is very good. The wooden flat necklace displays are perfect for my needs; just slightly flimsy but will work. I will most surely order from Nilecorp in the future.

Nilecorp is THE WORST! I'LL NEVER purchase from this company again!

First I want to say... NEVER trust Trustpilot for positive company reviews. Nilecorp uses trustpilot for reviews. Trustpilot literally censors everything you want to say until it comes out as an extremely suppressed voice of what you originally wanted to say. I'm not even allowed to describe something that's been dropped due to censoring. Like, are you kidding me??!? I'm being censored over the dumbest stuff to the point I have to get creative, which is saying something about Nilecorp. If I'm not allowed to speak my mind to warn people, what else is Nilecorp hiding and suppressing?? If you post anything but the nicest sentiments, they refuse to let you post it. Be aware that there are really bad reviews for this and other companies under trust pilot that weren't allowed to be posted... Trustpilot quashes your real thoughts. Quash - to suppress completely. That's probably why I mistakenly trusted Nilecorp because there's only dumbed down negative reviews which makes it seem like people are just being picky, when really what it is, is trustpilot refusing to let you speak your true rage of the Nilecorp company. If I had been allowed to read REAL negative reviews of Nilecorp, I wouldn't have bought from this dumb company. So many negative reviews that weren't posted because of how everyone is irate at Nilecorp and can't express it and refused to update their review and just left it to expire... Well I refused. Take all positive reviews for nilecorp, and through tristpilot, with a grain of salt, and take heed of all dumbed down sounding negative reviews that sound like they're not serious. I'm telling you, they're VERY serious. Add rage to it that was dropped due to censoring, and you've got the real negative story. I've been fighting this stupid review process since September, that's how censored they're trying to keep me. I'm not even allowed to allude to the fact that I might be saying something borderline offensive. I'm not even allowed to say that a word was left out due to censoring, that's how censored trustpilot is. I was using the word censor, as the word censor, and it was considered profanity. If you think that's insane.. Then you'd be right. This is the review company Nilecorp CHOSE to use so they could keep out a majority of the truly negative reviews... Just remember that... Onto my dumbed-down negative review of Nilecorp, I will NEVER purchase from this company again.... I'll pay more on Amazon with faster shipping and less headache, than I will buying from here again. I made a purchase for a jewelry stand, MORE THAN ENOUGH IN ADVANCE... Bought Wednesday Sept 18, needed by Sept 27th for a weekend long artisan show starting on the 28th. Shipping label didn't get printed until Monday the 23rd. I was ok with this because with priority shipping, which is how they ship, I knew that would be more than enough time, whether they shipped it that same day, or the next on Tuesday. MY PACKAGE SAT FOR THREE AND A HALF WHOLE DAYS, before someone stopped being beyond lazy, and shipped my package!!! ... and this is where I'd go into sharing really detailed information on the humongous issues this caused, but trustpilot, going against their own guidelines for removing reviews, removed my detailed information because it's not positive enough. Not surprised AT ALL. Just know it's all stuff I wish I could share to warn you all about, but can't. You can thank and "trust" trustpilot... eyeroll forever.... It arrived in the mail.... The day after my event ended. I can't even begin to tell you how irate I was. About as irate as dealing with Trustpilot telling me that my use of a completely inoffensive word, was offensive. I made sure to count out the business days they said it would take for my package to get here and calculated I had more than enough time, and nilecorp dropped the ball so hard, it's the equivalent of trustpilot literally thinking the word "tree" is profanity... HUGE FAIL, on both companies. Customer service wasn't any help either, didn't offer to send a new one out with expedited shipping, refund me for the gross negligence of having my package sit waiting to be shipped, or anything. I wish I could give less than 1 stars. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and beyond unacceptable! I run my own business and I would fire the person responsible for shipping packages this way. The box was damaged as well with the worst packaging for the type of item it was.. The hooks were poking through the box and some were bent into the wood. They didn't fall out like some dumbed down reviews I've read but if they had, I don't even know if it'd be worth my trouble trying to send this back. This whole thing was handled in a COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE manner. BUYER BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!! NEVER order from this company unless you want to believe trustpilot's review quashing ways that make you think Nilecorp is actually decent, or you want a migraine dealing with the company, or you don't need your stuff for 3+ weeks from the time you place your order.

Nilecorp is an hour and a half away

Nilecorp is an hour and a half away. I ordered the same amount of items from them and another store in Michigan. I received my order from Michigan on Friday 3 days after ordering and yet my order from Nile corp didn't get here until the following Tuesday. Doesn't make sense but I will order again when I am not in a hurry to get my stuff. They need quicker shipping. Especially being so close

Nile prices are great

Nile prices are great; most of my items were perfect but a few necklace boards (easel style) had the back portion glued on a bit crooked. I removed them, re-glued and also taped them.
