Not what is ordered
Despite the window cleaner arriving promptly, the additional items purchased were not sent. I contacted the company who explained everything is in the box. The website is misleading and you do not receive the pads shown or any cleaning fluid. You have small empty bottles and 2 pads only. It is definitely worth the money.

I tried to use my AMEX credit card but your site didnt like it, so I had to use PayPal--not my first choice! I hope your paddle is worth it!
Shopping was great. Checking out was a tad painful.
The shopping experience was great. It was the checking out experience that became frustrating as I kept receiving a message stating 'no gateways available' when using American Express. Switched over to Visa and worked. Why the hassle? If AMEX isn't accepted, remove it from purchasing options.
