Our mother, Helen Seier Klucharich was born and raised in Northampton and she/we have been to countless events at NCC. I will simply say that this was by far the most special event I’ve been to at NCC.

Work Holiday Party
This is the second year we had our company holiday party at Northampton Banquet Center. The venue was very spacious and we had plenty of room to mingle and enjoy happy hour before dinner. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. We especially appreciated the event coordinator's (April) willingness to work with our specific needs. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for any special occasion!
Our Christmas luncheon prepared for our organization was excellent! The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The waiters and waitresses were extremely helpful, professional and kindly both the day prior to the event for setup as well as the day of the event. Cannot say enough wonderful compliments for the staff who actually worked the event to make it a success. Thank you.

April was great from the first conversation. Hall was nice and clean. Staff was accommodating.
The experience for our party was excellent! Great courteous service! Staff was just simply amazing making sure we had everything we needed! All was just simply amazing!
April is absolutely a wonderful person and she is very flexible to work with! She is so kind, genuine, hard working, and loyal! She will go above and beyond to meet expectations and will do anything in her power to ensure that someone has the event of their dreams!
