I ordered my sister some brownies and it was a really easy process, good value, quick delivery and apparently delicious brownies too! Great that they deliver to Northern Ireland too – I will definitely use them again.

Fabulous brownies
Disappointing customer service
Brownies are nice but I received them several days after the advised delivery date when purchasing which meant the event they were purchased for was missed. I tried to contact them through email and instagram which they did eventually acknowledge after several attempts, but only to ask me to repeat what the issue was & when I did, it went radio silent again, even after I sent 2 more chasers. So was only right I leave an honest review as was disappointing Customer service
Fantastic random bake box
I got a mixed box of bakes. I loved everything in it. It had 5 different bakes including school cake, rocky road, a big cookie, crispy slice and a brownie. They were all large pieces which I shared with the family. Lots of different flavours but they were all so good. Really good price too.
Daughter's treat
I buy them for my daughter and when we visit there are none left for us to sample. She and her friends love them

Promised next day delivery on the website. 3 days later I contacted them and they stated it was next day delivery after dispatch??? Disingenuous. I can add a screenshot if photos are available

Hi Morgan, it did and still does state that on the website. Free delivery on all orders, we use Royal Mail on a next day service. We bake and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
