The program was helpful for improving the child’s skills. However, the levels progress a bit too mechanically. It would be better if review and reinforcement were more actively incorporated.

Hello Dear Customer!
Thanks for your feedback.
We do our best to define the right level for each child, usually starting with a free trial lesson where we assess their current skills. That said, a child can adapt, open up, and show more of what they know after a few lessons, so the level might be adjusted accordingly.
Our large academic team is always ready to review and fine-tune the level if needed. Just reach out to our support team through your personal account. Or share your email with us, we’ll be happy to take care of it!
Best regards,
Novakid Korea.

We are participating in a Novakid class in Seoul, Korea. My kid enjoy Novakid with teachers. Some teachers are impatient, but most of teachers are friendly and passionate.
It was good to see my daughter joined group lesson with kids who connected from other countries and communicate under teacher's guide line.
