Best customer experience and outstanding products!
The sabers are just amazing! But I wanted to write the review to focus n the best customer service I’ve ever seen.
I made the purchase as a Christmas present and it had a buy one get one free deal. They were shipped separately, and unfortunately, one of the boxes had been opened for a customs inspection, resulting in a number of lost parts and damage. I reached out to them through their website and they responded within a couple of business days.
They not only replaced some of the pieces that had been lost, they sent me an entire support kit with all screws a battery charger and replacement blades. The communication from Jake was really outstanding. Bottom line you can trust this company with your money and have high expectations!

Best sabers around!!
Nsabers make high quality sabers. I have bought multiple sabers for my son who absolutely loves them. The sabers are well made, sturdy and look accurate to the star wars characters. I would highly recommend any Star Wars fan to buy their sabers from here. Delivery was speedy even over the Christmas period. Also, customer service is on point.
The Nsabers support team have been absolutely amazing. I have not experienced customer service better than this. I had an issue with my lightsaber so I got in touch with them and they responded very quickly and gave me different solutions to fix it. In the end, it needed a new core which they sent out free of charge, aside from postage which is understandable as it had a long way to go to get to me. I fitted the new core and it works absolutely perfectly. I very much recommend Nsabers as they're products are amazing and their customer service is perfect. Thank you again Nsabers😊👍👏

I purchased the Obi EP4 Weathered(Crystal Chamber) lightsaber from NSabers and love it! I got the Proffie version. Shipping was quick. The build quality of the chassis is so good! This thing is heavy, It's got some serious heft to it! The functionality of the saber is amazing!
Flash on clash, smooth swing, gesture control, blade lock, sound effects and music all function as designed, and you can modify the sound fonts if you want.
I also purchased a saber from a competing company and the functionality of their saber is nowhere near the functionality of this one.

1) Blades are ok for dueling practice.
2) Alignment of dual saber buttons using coupler is off by 1/2 turn.
Overall
Got it on sale and it is not a display saber, it is used for dueling practice and spinning. Has held up since the summer of 25. So no complaints. I only need to upgrade the blade. Great product overall.

The Lightsabers are always of top quality and always as described and pictured. Shipping is very quick as well. Many other Lightsaber retailers could learn a lot from NSabers!
Wide range of great quality products with good offers and some nice prices for affordability. Easy buying and deliver. Love my Maul SE dual bladed lightsaber, it has great and easy ways of deep and shallow customisation. Contacted the team to solve two questions and the response was surely fast, even providing a video to show how to unscrew the saber and take SD card in one of them.
