I was beyond the moon when I received an invitation to join this network and organization. I felt as if my hard work was being acknowledged. As I began to share my news, I was attacked with remarks that it means nothing and that this was just a business, throwing out a net to anyone in college, grad, or undergrad who is willing to pay to belong to a network with absolutely no accreditation. Although my defense included what I have learned, it was reduced to reading a self-help book. I am still proud of my accomplishment. I thank you entirely, and I look forward to learning much more.

I have just joined the NSLS, and I felt welcomed like family from the very first day. Before joining, I wasn't someone who set goals, but this experience has truly changed my perspective. By learning to set and track both small and long-term SMART goals, I have become much more organized and am now accomplishing tasks at a steady, manageable pace. You can learn leadership skills from your favorite actors or journalist
My experience was amazing because I was able to learn leadership skills on an interactive way and it helped me to set goals in the short and long term.
This course also mentioned that it’s important to take breaks and recharge ourselves before staring a new task or continue with a project.
I highly recommend being part of SNLS.

It’s a great organization but I wish they were more active. When I order items from my graduation it was packaged poorly and some of the items were broken.

The whole thing is super confusing to me. Like, I get that some famous people, like President Obama, are members and that's awesome, but what is the society actually supposed to do for normal nobodies like me? I never could figure that out.

There’s not a large selection for videos to watch by “influential” figures. There’s not much diversity in the videos or who is talking in the video.
They ask for you to conduct meetings, while the instructions for how to find people to meet with are done in an easy way, the meeting questions they have don’t feel entirely conductive to continuing goals.
Mostly it feels like just another scam honors society with a million extra steps that don’t help students other than adding stress.
