Teri provided very quick & consistent communication, as well as funding. We were happy to work with NSS Lending & would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, quick transaction.
Kyle--thank you! Super happy we were able to get you refinanced on property valued under $100K It can be done! 😁 Keep 'em coming. We'd love to help again! Teri & Neal
What a great partner! I am very selective who I recommend to my investor clients when they have lending needs. I never hesitate to recommend NSS Lending! Neal and Teri always help my clients. As a referral partner, integrity and trust are critical. I sent a client many years ago and they STILL CONTINUE to pay me for deals that this client does! That is integrity in action. My clients are always satisfied and I know that they will be treated with the same care I give them. If you need a lender for your deals, look no further! You have found the best! So nice of you to tell the world! Yes, every client goes into our CRM referencing how they came to us. Facebook, Instagram OR REFERRAL PARTNER, so we always know who gets paid. I love the days I cut checks to those of you who have no idea $$$ was coming--Christmas in April 🤣for you this year. Keep 'em coming Lisa! Teri & Neal

Teri & Neal worked very hard and stayed on top of this complicated deal. Not everything was smooth but they stayed with it until we got it done.
Thanks Tim! Yep, started out an apple and we ended up funding pears 😉 Nope, didn't go smoothly with with the title company, but we 'Got-R-Done'! Now that you've filed the deed on the third one, we can get you some money back on that one too in about 90 days! Looking forward to helping you again. Teri & Neal

I felt like I hade a quick response to whatever I needed. When we hit a few obstacles, the state of mind was always "let's see how we get over them". Felt like real partners
Thanks Eitan! We want quick responses to our questions, so we're going to give quick responses to yours. Treat others as you would like to be treated and you'll never go wrong. As for those 'obstacles' ---they weren't brick walls, so we needed to move them out of the way, right! 😉 Our goal is to get to the closing table; mission accomplished. Let's do it again, soon! Teri & Neal

Thank you, but just to be clear, we are fast, we are professional, but we are NOT the bank 😃 or it it would have taken months to get this one done. No most certainly not the bank. Looking forward to working with you again. Teri & Neal
